So lost

Ok, I'm a newb in this game. My box did not come with a manual (is that intended?) so I'm trying to figure everything out as I go.

Is there a site the explains the UI? I'm level 9, I've completed a quest, but cannot find the NPC to turn the quest into. Chains of Slavery quest, I'm supposed to find Sentry Kristen? Is she supposed to be marked on the map? Just figured out it was unlimited, you don't want to know how many shackles I collected.

Literature on the site is some what confusing. I've read things that only apply to PvP server, but I though all Lineage II servers were PvP. Is Hindemigh a PvP server?

Thanks in advance for any help.

All servers are pvp.
You should be able to find your NpC , by openning your map and clicking on the "Target Loc" button.

That's odd, when I bought the game 4 years ago it had a manual. Maybe NC's starting to cut back.
