The one I'm thinking of I see them all the time, in lowbie/midbie areas. I'll see what the name is and do some free advertising for them on this thread when I get back. :P
Teon, Franz and Luna are Euro servers so it's timezone probably will make a lot of pain for you (really, a lot). Improper siege time (they are in European evenings), improper manor system renew time, improper online time of most of your friends etc etc etc... Actually, you will be hold in small community of both Americas. Maybe you will have your fun, I don't know, but you will be unable to play any significant role in such server politics, war and conflicts. I think, it is much better to reroll at any from NA servers (#1...#8 till 08-jul-2008) until it is not too late (and your toon have hight enough level, some worthy gear, good weapon etc) and you don't need to pay 30 euros for a transfer.
