game guard + built in msn

this is prob in the wrong place... but yeah..


i've just noticed that, if you have the in-game msn running for so long, game guard calls it a hacking tool n forces you to quit the game.... any idea as to why game guard is so stupid in thi s matter? lol

Solution: Play in windowed mode and use your messengers out of game.

Hey, here's a dumb question. People talk about playing in Windowed Mode all the time. Well I must be blind because I cannot find the option to do so. Help? =)

launch the game client, hold 'alt' key, press 'enter' key (it is a big key of strange form in center of keyboard), release 'alt' key. wait a while. that's it.

is it a very dramatic story that is full of skepticism and self-irony? :)

or go to L2-folder/system/option.ini and change the line that says
StartUpFullScreen=True
to
StartUpFullScreen=False

i never had that problem... after i switched to window mode, maybe i didn't leave my ingame msn on long enough

Now if we could just get rid of those hideous frames around our windows.... :p
