NM seems wasted on an Arbalester. They don't benefit from the passive vamp. Especially when Maj leather is custom-taylored to archer-types.
this is true, reason i mentioned both maj and nm..
seeing as most of my play style is malee, i use nm for pve 99% of the time, only in groups where range is actually decent, i always carry around my tallum glaive and dragon slayer or dle rapier, or my +10 TSU/SLS's.

If i try and solo with my maj setup and xbow, it's not very affective. I'm much better off maleeing.
Now PvP with maj and xbow, that's a different story, i typically 2 shot anyone 5-10 lvls lower then me, and 4-5 shot anyone similare lvl. And if i get lucky, 2 shot even those people.
I rolled a warcryer roughly 5-8 lvls higher then myself without much effort.
It's just unfortuneate that some of my major pvp self buffs have such exceptionally long reuse times.
