As above, I hate to ask, but my 'mentor' in the game is gone.
At 67 as a DA with panther, I'm spending most of my time in Fotd and VoS (most all of the mobs in early part of VoS are green to me now).
I can still go into many catas and DVC and TOI with groups when I can get them.
Are there other above ground hunting places I'm not considering?
Clearly with my class and no boxed healer I'm not able to do much damage and have to use pots to solo.
I'm aware that solo'ing is going to be really hard as I move along.
Still, any tidbits or places where others hunted at this level that you'd like to share?
+3 DLE with fair +patk aug, NM set, +str/+dex tats and pookie the panther of course.
Yeah, outside of Goddard is about it, for a few more levels, at which point you can do WoA, then finally Hot Springs. For whatever reason, or oversight, there is no really good place for general melee classes to solo at 6X levels.
Outside of Goddard sustained me for a long while--I was there before FotD.
So basically I can do outside Goddard with no panther.
VoS with no panther (though toon is a bit more comfortable and efficient with panther).
FotD is absolutely with panther.
Haven't been to the others solo. I'd like to find a place with all green mobs that I could kill without 3 GHP and the panther summoned.
Fallen Orc Captains near Silent Valley just became light blue even though otherwise that area still allows solo without panther--but penalties of course with no remaining green mobs.
Just bored with Goddard, VoS, and even FotD now (except at night--it gets a bit more 'exciting' then--lol).
Spend the next 7 levels in WoA and youre laughing. Easy XP for a DA - I did it as a paladin, and you even have a little helper there with 1k+ patk helping, lol. Avoid full bandersnatch fields, but mixed is fine. First couple fields inside works nicely until lvl 72 or so, then deeper for the slaves works all through 74 (green). If you do stay here, concider Tallum Heavy (in all seriousness) it will improve your dmg output no end, and the +50/+80 (whichever it is) resist bleed is extremely useful in WoA.
