I know that you have to Subclass twice before this class become avaliable but some just told me they know two inspectors and they are only their first subclass. Did NCSoft change this and didn't tell us?
Well, looks like theres not too much info on this 1, seeing as no1 confirmed anything :)
I wouldnt be surprised if NCSoft did change that though eventually, as it is simply too much to ask to sub twice before even having access to that class which actually looks fun. Add this to the fact Kamael have no choice regarding subs to begin with...dont think this will last.
I had to make kameal guy lvl 76 two times for inspector
:(
not much fun to get him that high lvl but berzerker and soul breaker are both pretty good at kill mobs hehe
Alot of questions mode ON:
two times ? you mean subclasses or overall ?
inspector is your second or third subclass?
and how is the class ? how skills works ? do they work with other buffs (might shield etc.) or is it just another shi** mixed buffs packs? And what sub in your opinion will be easier to exp ? Arbalester or Soulbreaker ?
knight is correct, u have to have completed 2 subs before u can go inspector, budweisergirl just woke up and spilt her cornflakes while dreaming, u dont have an inspector yet bish muuahaa
i do have a inspector question though - does anyone have a lik showing what skills tey get and at what lvl and what they actually do
would be much appreciated
Look to the right side of the screen and click "The Library"
Then click on "Races, Classes & Skills"
Then Click on Kamael
You should come to a Kamael intro screen
Click on Skills at the top
Go to Inspector near the bottom.

can someone who has managed to get to inspector please confirm that the path is main 75 - 1st sub 75 - 2nd sub 75 and then you can do inspector quest, there si too many people claiming you dont need to have 2nd sub 75 before doing inspector - also once i get my 2nd sub to 75 which npc do i goto to start the inspector quest ?

OMG, we repeat again: Yes, you are right. Level to 75, sub1 to 75, sub2 to 75, then sub inspector
There is an Inspector on Bartz named Cartoon. Although I wanted to flood him with questions, I just simply asked if it was worth it to go through all the subclassing to make an Inspector. He said it was a very fun class due to the buffs that it gets. Looking on the skills page it seems like every skill level they get one pretty cool buff and debuff. I myself do not know if i'd have the fortitude to go through all that to be an inspector.

well i am now inspector on pheonix and can confirm it is a royal pain in the [censored] getting there, yes u certainly do need main and 2 subs to 75 then u become inspector and no u dont need to do a quest as some have insinuated, as for was it worth it well yes and no, the buffs you get are absolutely crazy and alot of fun covering both dd and mages, the problem is though they last 10 secs with a 10 min cooldown, these kinda work ok with raids giving the dd buff with frenzy is insane and the mage buff for nukers, also mobile ud and stackable vr, as for pvp in seiges its ok too as u seem to get a rush every 10 mins anyway so enough time to cooldown but hardest part is keeping your party within range as with bd and sws, but for single party pvp the cooldown is just too long and i think because of all the work required to get to inspector, the least ncsoft could do is to reward us with either shorter cooldown or allow buffs to last 2mins, who knows maybe it is planned for the future, would i do it again ????? emm that is a hard one to answer ..........
Well that's kinda depressing to find out the buffs last only 10 seconds and have ridiculous cool downs. From the descriptions on the main site, it kind of implies that you give party members something similar to improved combo buffs, so the class appeared to me as sort of a corrected prophet ;).

From Knowledge I gained, you use the buffs in key moments to turn your party members into full blow killers for a few seconds
These lasting from 10(ct2.2) to 15 (ct2.3) seconds
I'm glad these don't last 10-20 mintues like you'll want them to.
Soul Harmony- Party full invocation
Enervation- resistant to debuffs lowering any sort of sleep
Oblivion- counter switch
Lightnening shield- counter anchor (owned)
(Hellknights will want this to reflect)
These with their devastating debuffs make them A whole new breed of overpowered Dominators
In the start of battle, spam all these skills and you have a party that
All have massive pattk, massive mattk, massive cast speed, massive crit rate, massive crit power, massive magic crit rate, massive pdef, massive mdef, i think 100% VR
+ they bleed the enemy apon contact,
+ stun apon contact
+they do even higher crit power on the target(archers=1shot)
+ they destroy mp apon contact
Some pretty devasting skills
That's like
A titan with full buffs and dances, down to 10% hp and hits frenzy then gets another frenzy and Ultimate defense where we are looking at about 35-40k pattk with 5k pdef, about 4k mdef with about 60% vr which is like on a 4-5k hit with a 20-25k crit
which is like 2-3k hp returned per hit at like 850 attack speed
with a 10-15k hp return on a about 47% chance to crit which means you die in 1 shot and titan is full hp with a frenzy and UD still going
A Storm Screamer with full buffs and dances with magic impuse and UD and PoWater... is looking at about a 9-10k mattk 1.8-1.9k cast speed and looking at a wind vortex follwed by a slug....ooo thats not going to look pretty... especially next update with the 81 30seconds of nuker God Mode where it'll be like 15-16k mattk, bout 2.6k+ cast speed 20% crit rate oooo even worst a mcrit on a cyclone with 300 wind element all you see is xx,xxx and please not xxx,xxx
If you hit a lag spike with that much power, than you should take a brick and throw it at your computer, kick the cat, take a bat and beat the kids, highjack a police car and run over everyone insight and run an angry mob into the middle of a lake.
I havent clear the use of Enervation and Oblivion... could u explain better plz? Oblivion i think is something to lost target if anyone attacks? dunno enervation efects :( Explanation in official dont say nothing "useful"..
When u talk about 10sec -> 15 secs.. it is than Gracia final buffs gain +5secs?... anyone knows how decreases cooldown in gracia final?
A new question :)... Dyes for Inspectors 76+? ... some idea?
Oblivion should be like a mirage, only you cast it on enemy instead of yourself. Once the target who has it tries to attack you it has a chance to cancel his target, at least that's what i read out from the description.
As for enervation what i understand is as long as the target has the debuff he can't use any debuffs(or you are unaffected by them) that would alter your speed/attack speed/cast speed.
Those skill effects are made purely from the assumption of reading the skill description though, if there is some inspector out there willing to elaborate please do.
I agree with u Londo but with this buffs/debuffs ... i dont understand very well why it says "when damage" .. in both, oblivion and enervation.. that means that if noone hits the target debuffed this debuf doesnt works?... XD too many question.. i must practice this skills to learn..
Nice ^^ .. a bit more time to buffs, 1/4 less cooldown... then if u can enchant skills to time.. it could be a very good pvp/party support... nice nice...
Nice, so it is like the lvl 81 (soon higher lvl) SE skill lord of vampire, just at lvl 72. And if they increase the duration of the Inspector buffs, as you say, then it even lasts longer than the SE version. And it is for the whole party.
I read update notes that stated the super inspector buffs will go from a 10 second duration to a 25 second duration. I have heard the re-use will go from 10 min to 5 min. I also read that re use on all skills will be cut down to 25% of whatever the reuse currently is. So, if that is the case indeed, the re-use would go from 10 min to 2.5 min. We will have to wait and see.
Kronk .. too much good for to be true XD.. wish it will be like u say XD but doubt that they overpower Inspector class too much ... i will be happy if reuse goes to 5min and duration to 15-20 secs ^^
Will see in Gracia Final... mmm someone kwons lauch date?
