With the new lux shop changes how do i actually make top c duals? My raids broke going to +4 and i cant find stormbringers in the shops anymore. Where can i ge them from now?
i looked in giran and i dont see any stormbringer in the shops. Only chakram, body slasher, dark elvan dagger, crystalize icebow
Giran actually doesn't have the best 'selection' of weapons at the regular weapon store. Aden actually has a larger selection of weapons. That isn't to say Giran isn't the best place to shop anymore. As Giran still sells weapons of the same level, at their cheaper tax rate. You just have to Mammon-exchange them to get the Stormbringer from the weapon that they do sell. (Mysterious Sword or one of the other weapons you listed.)
Oh, and Stormbringers? Top C duals is Katana*Katana. Or Katana * <other mid C sword>. (Stormbringer is low C)
Raid*Spirit is best IMO. They have Focus if enchanted to +4. But I am not sure if you can buy any corresponding weapon (with same crystal value) from lux shop or upgrade via mammon + Ancient Adena.

Not buyable directly for duals. (At least not yet.)
You still have to use mammon to upgrade a low C one level to mid low C. (There being 4 'tiers' of weapons in C grade.)
Just to clarify though, all top C duals are 2nd tier * 2nd Tier. (2452 C Crystals, 190 Patk) But there are so many it's not worthwhile to list em all.)
