ok so i just purchased a gender change and a name change for my toon i looked in the site faq to see if it was posible to both at once and the site
If you purchase a Character Gender Change and a Character Name Change, make sure you apply the Gender Change request first.
well i did apply the gender change first now i cant apply the name change to this charecter if any 1 can help me out with giving me some info as to how to fix this that would be awsome cause i would of applyed the name change if i new this would happen
maybe they have a mistake in the faq. try to ask their support center at plaync.com. they will tell you how the service works or explain if two services can't be executed in one week.
According to our information, you should have been able to apply both of those codes to the same character. LeetMeat, please contact support to have this squared away.
Jyrki, are you saying that you've had similar problems in the past? Has anyone else encountered this problem? I'm trying to determine if this is something that I need to have our QA department take a look at.
I have encountered this issue before and Alyra also informed me that it should be able to work with both, but the problem was when you applied sex change, worked fine. When you went to select the name change, the characters name wasn't listed, so it was not available for that week. Had to wait for the following week in order to have the Name Change take in effect.
Well i put in a peition still no repsonce i really hope they can fix this tho :| because i go on vacation soon and wont be able to apply the service for another week and on that week it wont go threw because of the merg. so will have to wait atleast another 2 weeks :(
