It's against EULA.
There is no violation of EULA exchanging gear with another person. Doesn't matter what server they exchange gear on. There are other ways to break the EULA dealing with Adena and different servers, but exchanging gear isn't one of them.
Paying RL money to get adena from server a to server b breaks the rules.
Trading a karmian set on server A for a demon set on server b doesnt break any rules afaik

Whilst I have no need for gear on Teon (tried it once, didnt like it), I can help you out on Devianne with some basic stuff.
PM me in-game sometime, "LuckyFind" I play UK hours 5pm till midnight, but i'm often within vision of the screens when in afk shops during the day. (L2 at work ;)
