Character Creation Problems - Retail Forum Archives

I decided today that I wanted to make an SWS and thought of a really cute name, but when I went to create her it said that I could not create a character from this server. Anyone else encountered this problem? I had 2 spots on the account so I know I had room. Is it because of the recent merge? How long until I will be able to create a new character?

Miscellaneous

All characters will be moved to the nearest town.

Character creation will be turned off on the merged server for one week after the merge.

All unique colored names from Battle Tournament will be reset.

As of yesterday I was still unable to create new characters. I wonder if it will be enabled today?
