New Char

Can we make new char here yet, seems it wont let me atm?!

How do you mean here'? As in here on the forum or on the Sayha server?

If on the Sayha server, normally if your account doesn't have all 7 slots taken you can make a new char. Don't see any reason why you can't.

I suspect the OP is talking about the forums. But. I've seen another thread, where IIRC, players initially could only have create up to 4 characters on a new server created from mergers. I'm not sure if I remember the details of that thread correctly.
