it would help greatly if we know what class your playing.
cause if your playing a none pole type class I'd say wide blow.
as a WS I liked WB over CS, cause I could hit more mobs at any given time. Also you have to worry about mobs getting out side your range of atk (hiding behind you). so they more mobs you can hit at any given time..making for bigger pulls.
WS/BH has low dex and no crt passives, which means they wont get off crits very often.
now a LE/human dagger w/ pole crt stun will get off more crts, landing the stun more often, because they have crt passive's. However they lack pole masteries, so they can only hit a smaller amount of mobs (8 I think).
But because they don't have masteries, and they will hit less mobs, I think WB would be better. Because once those mobs start to fall, you'll pick up more of the ones thats still alive, allowing your VR to keep going.
a orc also has low crt chance.
human has higher crt rate/run speed. yet when they pull they tend to like using HP type weapons (61+). so they can take more hits while pulling trains...
That sum's up alot of the things about poling, so in point, it would help to know what class you are. :D
i definitely miss the old look for the opa; i have almost the same pic of me soe'ing from cruma (back when most of the fighting stemmed from there - does anyone remember that group that used to call themselves the "600 club" or "700 club" or something like that? they used to hang out in CT on bartz...). I also miss the look of provoke/howl. those skills used to be pretty badass looking, instead of just the dirt-poof that they look like now. :p
