Magic Bottle and gm response time

The issue is that you can no longer get a magic bottle from Kief in hellbound. The bottle is necessary to get higher level certificates. You were able to get it for a while but then after hellbound leveled you suddenly cant get it any longer which doesn't make sense cause its like saying once hellbound passes a certain level you are no longer able to get s80 armors. Seeing how the whole thing is pretty time consuming and a pretty big deal since they named a whole update after it, having this broken for almost 3 weeks now is pretty bad.

Before you tell me to write a support ticket I can tell you that I did so over 2 weeks ago and within an hour I got it escalated but whoever it was escalated to hasn't bothered to respond with anything even though I've kept updating it trying to figure out whats going on. Maybe since all the hellbound stuff is fairly new it may be that some GMs don't know much about it but going for over 2 weeks without a response and not being able to advance is pretty ridiculous.

edit: and to keep this thread up to date with what I have petitioned without getting any reply:

The same issue was fixed on the 21st of may on the koreans servers, you can see the patch notes here: http://www.playforum.net/lineage2/column.comm?action=read&iid=10031002&kid=9440

Point 2 translates roughly to that even after the steel citadel is open you are now able to get the magic bottle from kief.

This makes it even more rediculous that if the issue was know to the koreans over 2 months ago and they fixed it over 2 months ago, how can it not have been patched here yet? At the very least if it is a known issue the GMs could tell me that instead of just ignoring me and the issue at hand.
We should all know by now that nothing gets patched until the patches arive here from Korea. Unfortunatly that means until Korea decides to send over patches we have to wait. Is it right NO but it's the way they work. We will always be months behind Korea when comes to updates and patches.
If there is some communications or system flaws just put the magic bottle in my inventory and take 20 scorpion stingers so our clan can keep going, I don't mind. Just don't keep us behind other clans on the server because of your faults.
from reading the patch notes it looks like it is a patch that they applied after CT2 which might be why we don't have it yet as we're currently still on CT1,5 aka K+.. can't put in a CT2 patch before the CT2 code change..

qft.

you're right, but DiniX is also right. if they can't patch it (yet) and the issue is known, they should "manually" help players by giving them the item as opposed to completely ignoring their complaints.
want to bet the gm's will reply to that by saying they can not influence the game mechanics as it's hardcoded like the whole letter of parme deal when crashing at baylor..

Lol dude lets get serious here. This isnt the age of mail by horse. A patch can probably be sent over in seconds if it was needed.

Everyone here is just guessing what the process is and what versions we get from korea, etc. and until Spam or someone at NCNA gets tired of seeing these complaints and tells us how things work, it is going to be nothing but guesses. No one knows if NCNA already has CT2 but won't update yet. No one knows if bugs are even forwarded to Korea at all, or if we just get what Koreans find (two months later).

If it is indeed what some people say that Korea hates the NA market and really do send patches and stuff months later, then it's pretty [censored] business and they might as well just pull the license away from NCNA and just keep L2 to themselves. The NA market is like what, 1% of their revenue?
This is just one bug in a long list of bugs in Hellbound. There is so many bugs in the towers which have been fixed in Korea. :S

You might want to read these forums more. What I said is true. Nothing changes or gets fixed in L2 until Korea fixes it, plain and simple. When they get around to sending NA the fixes is when they get implemented.
bump for response
I've put in a query to QA about this. I'll update this thread once they respond to me.

Im still waiting for a reply to the question i asked before Lionna/Kain merge :D so don't hold your breath!
So now I have yet another petition about a bug in hellbound. We decided to do demon prince with a party yesterday. When you finally get to him and kill him there is supposed to be a teleporter cubic spawning so that you can port to the next part of the tower to get the second blueprint from ranku. However in our case it didn't spawn.

Now this time we tried to actually get some help from an ingame GM since the bug seemed pretty nontrivial, others have completed the quest so obviously it doesn't happen every time. We were just hoping that maybe the GM could spawn the cubic or manually port us, you know stuff that ingame GMs are supposed to do effeciently to fix gameplay issues when small errors such as this occur in the game.

But then we end up waiting 2 hours for a reply when there were only 10 petitions queued when I petitioned which is almost as sad as 3 week petition on the website. But the funniest part is that after we have waited 2 hours for some help the GM won't even talk to us but just sends us an e-mail and an auto response saying the issue has been escalated.

So in conclusion I guess the website support is useless since they make you wait 2-3 weeks just to get a response from some other GM saying the QA team is busy AND that the ingame GMs are even more useless because they make you wait 2 hours hoping that they'll come help you(when they are fully capable of doing so) just to escalate your issue to the same people who don't bother replying for 2-3 weeks.

I'm seriously starting to wonder why players should even bother trying to do stuff on hellbound. There are so many bugs and NC know about them but don't want to fix them here until CT2 because they weren't fixed in korea until CT2. And the few issues and flaws that occur that they can help with, they simply choose not to. How hard would it have been to reply to our petitions and ask us what the problem was so you could have sent us on our way on the next part of the tower?
QA has verified that the issue pertaining to the Magic Bottle has been fixed in CT2.1. They did mention that there were other fixes/modifications that were implemented in 2.1, as well. However, they still need to be verified. We will post the rest of these patch notes with the release of Gracia Part 1.

Thanks for telling them something thats been already said in the topic! Now how about you guys fix the the ingame support system and have the gm's actually help the players for once instead.

Spam said about another issue "So far I think we have had a total of 4 people send us their crash error message so the developers can fix it. 4 out of the hundreds of crash outs across all servers.". I can tell you right now why it is like this, the players gets NO help whatsoever when it comes to these issues.

Actually I remember one time where we got a frintezza necklace back after a server crash (crashed just as frint died, we saw the drops and screenshotted it) but nothing else. But other then that its rare to hear people getting any help at all from a GM.
Also the numerous crashes during Baylor... happens almost every time... and after the crystal has been removed, so generally the whole quest has to be redone. Nothing has been done to correct or compensate the players for this at all.
