I get along just fine. I was at 2 seiges and had no problems with kain or Lionna. I had more problems with no tags and Clans with no Icon. But no big deal I ran out charms and only lost 1 % with all my deaths lol

Actually DA and WO have been friendly clans until WO joined impulse which was only partway through C5. We didn't have a war with them until a few months ago.

seiges were alot of fun to be in and to watch the last hour at indarill. Both Sides put on a nice show for the server.
WO put up a good fight against what seemed to be a never ending rush from all the other clans 2 hours of fighting.
does not matter what castle was still a great seige to be in and watch.
didnt get to see all the seiges on saturday as I was at gludio
seemed like there was 1000 npc on speed coming at you.
Never seen this in game my clan and ally had a great time with this expirence as did I am sure the rest of the server who never attacked a castle with the NPC in force.
overall the merge has been great for everyone
aside from being wared by some its been great to see the server jumping.
I've seen so many bots around lately that I've been tempted to make a perma-red. Seriously. They're EVERYWHERE.
And the taxes.. gee, the greed. And the manoring that is again a battle of the quickest finger... oh well.
The only thing that is still worth it is that my friends are ALL back. Our clan's active right now and I love that.
Edit: Moneta, not saying it's Kain's fault, really. It's an overall thing. Actually, the few Kain people I met were really nice, except for the usual douchbags that go pking people but Lionna was no different around C4.
Not blaming it on Kain or Lionna, it's just... I would have rather kept my old, lightweight server that I knew well.
Actually in Lionna we would usually have Oren and Innadril at 5% taxes. It's just that with all the competition, and the mergers, and all that came, I don't think the clans that held those Castles can try holding them on Aria.
Giran, yes, was usually at 15%. Same for Aden and stuff. But we were always able to craft shots at a decent price because Oren would be always kept at 5%. Now most castles are holding high taxes, and not only Lionnian clans are holding castles, so I don't think the Greed's only from Lionna.
I guess it's just that the non-greedy clans that in Lionna were able to hold some castles and put low taxes can't do them anymore in Aria, because they have competition from the Kain clans as well.
But this is a Lionna clan who set 15% taxes, we always had 5% in Rune and 11% in Giran on Kain
Oren was the low % on Lionna and I don't care about taxes that's not the mess up part 2 me I don't even shop from NPC enough 2 manner. I just buy my Soul Ore from RUNE (TJ) you get free ports from a toon under 40.
It's the Over run of BOTS all over the Dam place that I can't stand on Aria.
All the merge did was give the Bots a Better Market it was a lot better on a Dead server were they didn't have a market so you didn't see many of them at all.
Also what happen to the Big Ban we normally get with a UPdate?

Actually it works both ways. If you craft shots for selling you will see that you can go fairly high and sell, some were selling CSS 30a and CBSPS 150a and were still having customers.
And with Rune at 5% it shouldn't be too much of a problem.
Problem is, I no longer have anyone under 40 to buy stuff for me in other towns -pouts-
I still think we should make a campaign for less taxes! I'm from Italy, I already have SUPER FREAKING HIGH taxes in real life, I wish at least in game I'd be able to avoid it :)

I spend so little time in catacombs, always been on the run for a recipe, a spoil or a drop. But on Kain there was a team running for Dusk so you could be surprised some day if they are still around :)

There is another (tricky) way that uses Fantasy island and requires you to swim. You can go to Orc Village that way then to Schuttgart. If you go back to the island from Schuttgart it will take you to Rune when you want to leave.
If you box...take two to 20 then get them to 23 in the Cattas. Then level them in the Kamaloka. So far (level30) two Dwarfs with Newbie buffs and small heal pots can solo. Takes 1/2 hour a day and you get enchant scrolls and some gear :p

Oh Moneta, trust me, I know all the cheapest routes in ports! In fact, I've been warning the newbie people in our clan that joined now that they should be careful once they start paying, because the routes they're taking will be much more expensive.
I've been teaching them already how to take the cheapest route even if they don't pay, so that way they won't be surprised when they find out 60k less on their inventory by going from Gludio to Oren or Aden or something like that :)
They will learn faster if you let them go the long, expensive ways. Nothing says DONT DO THIS AGAIN, like a 10 minute port extravaganz that costs 1 mil adena.
Unfortunetly, i would lean towards 'Account sharing' gone wrong, hacking is a strong word. I think if you were to retrace back to all the peeps who have this individuals info you would very possibly find the supposed "Hacker".
Ive played this game 5yrs and nerver got "hacked" and on those 5 yrs i can, with confidance, say that 95% of the "hacking story" we hear, are 'account sharing' related. Its sad, but we have to be extra careful with this info.....
I hope that person gets account bck and in not a bad shaape :(
But guys n gales, dont account share unless ur willing to wakeup to a potential problem like this.... My experience as demonstrated, time n time again, that the safess way to not get "hacked" is to not 'Account share' and dont go to "shaddy" web sites that could potentially contain keyloggers.... Again its all about common sense.... be careful yall....

but the person at the keys seemingly wanted to Punish WO for taking Giran. not something WO would want, really. counterproductive. someone outside WO did this. did you notice how the person that did this dropped stuff instead of traded? notice how items that they treasured were thrown accross half of aden? how those invaluable items havent been returned, but the people who got hats are KOS forever? notice how conveniently the victim had access to another WO hero login?
btw, i know 1 other person that was TRULY hacked. when it happened they instantly dropped tag, /allblock, got naked, and mysteriously ported to a dungeon to drop gear.
whatever this was, it was not account sharing. it was cruelty.
What they do is they ask your email and then they try to retrieve the password with the secret question and if they get it then you can say bye bye to your stuff. It's why never use the same email for the game and for friends.

The issue is a **** actually, all of the passwords were changed, including playNC. Not even i knew gigls playNC info.
Edit: the reason gigls had immediate access to another acount is because she got on my computer and i logged on my toon so that we could tell people that her stuff was being jacked. And yes most of the items taken were either clan items or personal items with little value other than to her.
Yea, and DarkEcho is KOS for selling her wizard hat for 350mil. Scum! I spoke to him at length today and he admitted it and blantantly said anything dropped is fair game and too bad that she got hacked.

Just for the record, no matter how much you "hate" the enemy clan, behavior of this type is so stupid. You get a few minutes of laughter at someone's expense, the thrill of chemicals running thru your body.... and then have to face the consequences, which is leaving the game boring and no fun because you have "eliminated" the competition or rendered them powerless. Ask any clan in power that is left without an opposing clan that can challenge them... You will see nothing but people stop logging in. You'll be left with another desert, L2 down the tubes.
Lionna and Kain are no more, there is Aria now; we all play on a common server with shared resources. As for clans originated at Kain or Lionna, its just a matter of time for every clan to take people that came from Lionna or Kain, and even Aria people that never knew Lionna or Kain. As for the “junk” qualifier that is used on people going to clans originated in a different server that they started, it think it is prejudice plain and simple, all types of players are “crossing” that pre-Aria line. And before you ask I am not one of them, but I’ve seen good “Kain” people joining “Lionna” clans and vice versa.
