your kamael can make them with crystals. 1 B crystal can make like 1200 bots it's random but works I always get my worth from 1 crystal. Same with A and S just need same type crystal for the grade.
Plus Crystals have no weight so just keep a few on you at all times if you run out bolts. use your skill and poof your ready for more action :D
I get all ends of the spectrum...but it will balance out...my average bolt per crystal when I bothered keeping track (of A grade at least) was about 1400 per crystal consumed.
Yep, there's no way to craft crossbow bolts as a Dwarf.
Then again, as previously stated, there's really no need to. The lower-grade bolts area available in NPC shops, and when an Arbalester hits B-grade, she gets the skill to start making her own bolts from crystals of the same grade.
It's a really awesome skill, actually, as normal bolts weigh a crapton, especially if you're using an tattoos that reduce Constitution even further than it normally is.
Being able to just carry around a stack of weightless crystals and make some bolts as needed is a fine thing, indeed.
