Credit card payment problem

Everyone who has CC from czech bank cant pay for L2 anmore, i got answer from bank that NCsoft changed authorization method for CC payments and it doesnt support our banks anymore. Has anyone else the same problem? We sent support ticked, I hope it will get fixed soon somehow.

There is several ways you can get time cards worse case scenario, but hope they fix the issue.

Well, Jyrki, since they "nerfed" European accounts from using US time cards, there are less ways to get time cards that would work for our accounts.

Let alone if you have american friends willing to pay for your accounts but they can't cause they can't find european cards... don't get me started.

Psh I live in the midwest USA and can't even find an NC Soft game card in ANY game store. Those kids look at you like "what?" when you ask for one and then say "Um we have WoW cards" I have to use a CC.

yeah, gettin harder to find them in Canada too.

Plenty of copies of the game here in Boston but no cards.

lol, call me a dinosaur (and I know you will) but I only buy games in Brick and Mortar Stores as well as most things. Unless of course it just can't be found. Then I turn to the interweb.

I try to support local business as much as possible as, even though they might be chains, they employee local people, make the area more interesting, reinvest into the local economy, etc.

Screw the local economy, old man. I can get stuff without paying sales tax (6%) online. I also look for stuff with free shipping and it's all gravy. :p

NCsoft told us we should ask bank cuz they have no way how to authorize payment anymore.
Like 10ppl were paying with the card from the same bank, so...
Time cards are here 2times more expansive than paying via CC -.-

I would assume that the making of timecards to be shipped are a loose in profits if paying by CC's is so much cheaper....

Think about it.
A timecard first needs to be printed shipped etc. CC is nothing more issueing an order to the CC-company to credit your bankaccount on NCsofts debit.

Basically you pay the CC-company for the transaction. You pay for the Internet to make the transfer happen plus the electricity which is part of your water and gas bill you pay per month if you play L@ on a home PC.

My mobile phone provider does not even sent me paper overviews of what I spent on calls etc anymore but grants me access to a PDF file with details....

I understnad that timecards are more expansive. I dont understand why our CCs dont work anymore.
