Eventually caught the ferry to the mainland. On the first trip I tried walking round the deck - due to a glitch in the game I went from the deck into the bottom of the sea. Drowned. Sent in a ticket.
Eventually caught the ferry again - got to the mainland. Tried to catch a ferry back. Onto the ferry and straight throught he deck into the sea - drwoned.
That bug of falling through the ferry is just too major to be still in the game.
I have uninstalled and am leaving this piece of rubbish - it's not worth any monthly subscription! With those bugs in it's not even worth being an F2P!

Sorry, this is "so" much about "something else".
One bug? Really? Especially since you won't be going back to Talking Island at all.
Now this is not to say that this game is perfect. I've said it before and I've said it again, but I feel that the NC dev's are sloppy. They have shown this time and time again in my book.
But there aren't that many game breaking bugs and I don't feel the "boat bug" is reason enough to quit a game.
So sorry, I'm not buying it.
Leave because of the grind, bad economy, bad game design... sure... that works. Leave because you don't like the community, or that there are too many scammers.
But one boat bug? When it's not the main mode of transportation.
Ok, so this doesn't turn into flaming (I can see it already headed that way), I'll just say I'm sorry to hear about your experience and frustration. You did the right thing by submitting a support ticket--they can assist if you still wish. If not, we do wish you the best.
