I played L2 years ago, but ended up quitting when I started into university. Well, I've got myself a degree now and lots of time to burn. Thus, I'm back. However, the game has changed much. The gravity of the amount of added content is somewhat overwhelming (since I have the annoying habit of trying to take everything in at once).
So I'm looking for someone to help me get reacquainted with the game. I'll probably head back to Aria.
Welcome back to the game! There's been a LOT of changes.
If you give us a bit more of an idea of what you're looking to get into (what role are you looking to fill in the game?) I think we can hopefully find you someone to help.
Once you get back on Aria, give me a PM (Kamakela) some time!
Welcome back. I had to laugh a little. How many people have spent enough time in this game that if they didn't play would have a 4 year college degree by now?

Nah, I finished my 4 and a half-year college degree BEFORE I started playing L2 :) :) :D

i played DURING college does that count ?
That's what I'm doing! Though, I should probably start taking more classes. 12 units a semester will take me fooooreeeeever.
I've not been able to get a hold of anyone as of yet, but thank you everyone for the responses. And don't worry; you are fully capable of attaining a degree even with a full courseload AND a full raiding load. Quite a few MMOs have seen me pass through for the past few years, but as I look towards the MMOs of the future, I realize that nearly all of those "revolutionary," "new" features can be found in a game that has been out for years but oft overlooked... Lineage II. The only downside is the barrage of new features tossed my way. ;)
Welcome back to the game Cocidius. I too could offer assistance if I happen to be online (which is not much these last few weeks). But it gives you another name to contact on your list. Just "whisper" me on Aaza.
