I would like to make a proposal to the Sayhe Cardinals about the Oly.
We know the way the Olympiad works now. Since being Hero is valuable, each large alliance tries to get as many as they can be trading points to their players. In other words, fix as many matches as you can and you win if you fix more than the opposition. No insult is intended to the winners on Sayne, Sieg or Erica, this is just how the system is working.
We can speculate about how the Oly was intended to work. If there were 'honest' fights then the best of each class would be the hero for the next month.
I would like to propose that we Cardinals fight it out among ourselves without fixing matches. Let the other classes do what they wish. There are not all that many Nobless Cardinals, probably less than a dozen.
Let's be different from the DDs and others. Let's let Cardinals set the example. Let's let the Hero Cardinal deserve more respect. Let's compete in a Cardinal Only series of matches and not win by having others let us win.
If you want to 'lay down' and pass points to your clannies then go right ahead, nothing wrong with that. But we can make it so the Cardinal Hero is won by defeating other Cardinals in fair fights. If we do that then we Cardinals can hold our heads high, win or lose.
PM me in game or here on the boards. I'll be contacting people in game, too. We can figure out some times that work for us and sign up for Class Only matches.
Come on Cardinals! It takes a diferent kind or person to level a Cardinal to Nobless, now let's show the rest of the server how different we are.
