It is only DW. Not Focus and DW. EVERY buffer has DW/Focus **** near. WHY would any dominator want to spend 11 million SP on this single buff???? Wow they reallly do put the screws to Overlords!!
Of all the things broken about OL's (although some things are awseome), you complain about a buff. Its better than not having DW or Focus. I want my ally buffs back, I understand HoP and such going to clan only, but why the buffs?
I agree but still - 11 MILLION SP!!! That's INSANE.
And yes, the buffs should go back to ally and HoP should stay clan only AND - we need those skills sooner now. Why get them so late when they don't effect that many anymore. OMG - I'm having one of those days today.

It's really not the worst thing about domi.
and 11M sp is hard for you now, but nothing compared to what you will have to earn later.
Think about blockade : 80M sp. i wonder who will put that many sp on that skill now...
Now it's a nuke too. Aoe damage.
With emp, zerk, cov, +4AM, arcana robe , i nuke for 1.5K damage on FOG mobs. 3.5K more or less when M.crit.
It's nice, but doesn't worth 80M sp imo.
I suggest to a 79 domi to get clan cov first.
I took blockade because i was in the "good" period. when blockade made me a goddess-like.
Now it's just nice for dino hunting and some lil aoe.
rescue skill like danse of medusa.
On pvp, it land a lot less. Need a zaken to get decent landrate. and well, same. Rescue skill since it's just 15 sec.
Not bad tho.
Essentially there are 3 big 80 million skills at 79. So at 240 M SP - I complain about 11M - who can afford it when you need to save for your 79 skills... :(

As weird as it sounds, and I am not being sarcastic or trying to be demeaning to those who do this, but there are some clans that use one Overlord to buff and that's it. Usually this is when they lack Doomcryers or other support classes so they just chuck all that and make use of one-stop shopping in regards to buffs. In that case I guess Death Whisper is better than nothing.
