Buffre to box

Title says it all, am currently a monk planing to be a tyrant. What is the best buffer to box for me. Thx in advance for any help:)

GJ NCsoft, if this player is indeed a new player (s)he seems already willing to skip the part of interacting with live buffer on the lower levels.

(I know I know I will be jumped by the others for jumping you.)
Anyway to me... So it begins.

Btw: OP why spent the extra cash on a buffer at this time. If you have the patience to wait till the 12th of this month you get "newby" buffer all the way up till L62 if not mistaken.
Those buffs last longer then the normal 20min player buffs so you can level solo out there even longer. Get some heal pots and you should be fine.

By that time you get to be L62 I will assume you are part of some clan which most likely will provide a boxed buffer in parties.

If you only need the buffer to solo in this MMORPG... well...

I am wanting to duel box a buffer so i can blow thru the pve content and get to lvl 60-70 asap and pvp. boxing a buffer decreases the time i spend lvl'ing. It saves me running back to a town to get noob buffs and saves me $ on healing potions. Also allows me to have the boxed buffer for parties, some 1 has to do it;P

And that my friend is the complete point of my post.

NCsoft made it clear we play Team Fortress NOT L2 even though they still show us otherwise.

As a side note: if they want to start to see some more live buffers and not boxed buffers they need to make buffers actually fun to play instead of:

Buff partie, go afk for 20 min, buff partie ect.............

I play(ed) buffers so don't ask me lolz.

I think with the use of "Search" you will find the answer anyway.

Well, in your experience of playing buffers, which was the funnest/best? I was thinking warcrier so i could still have some fun solo/pvp.

nabrass, tyrant needs vr = se or wc, where wc is obviously better you just need lot of WW potions

se's can solo in gracia though, ++ damage??

Stick to prophet .. VR is useful only until you hit 68 and get bison, after you do VR is a hindrance

Problem isn't much about boxing a buffer. I've done it before because I had to, although whenever a LIVE buffer would be around, I'd ditch my boxed one with no problem.

The thing that bothers me the most on this post is:

SE o WC. If you are mostly interested in a boxed buffer to help get to 6X or 7X, go SE, as the heals, recharges and early buffs will be a big advantage.

I myself have no issue with people boxing anymore.

Hell, when I saw that NCsoft did nothing but promote the non-buffers in both PvE and PvP I started a Necromancer myself.
What does get me are lines wherein the buffer player is nothing more then a commodity. Anyone that wants advice when a "buffer commodity"-line is shown will never get my help.
Unfortunately I seem to be a minority who think this game was about team play from the start till it's end.

Not sure how the real developers look upon this game now. As it surely is now corrupted to it's core. Lucky I do believe they left before the soul of L2 got tarnished by policy makers who clearly were apt with FPS games only.

look into your eyes before you call someone moron. Think is right - this game is full of crap, i had to make boxed SE cause there is no way to get live one (i used to shout a lot in cities for SE's or EE's.. no luck). and i like to go in parties only with SE, but it's hard to find party that needs/wants *live* buffer..

Actually this game seems to be designed for bots which are majority of "players".

Well sunshine, I am always willing to act as a mirror in which you can reflect your words and intelligence.

My advice is to get over yourself and deflate a lot before posting.

There is not ideal buffer to have as a buff pet. From the sound of your post, you may be better off trying another game.
Can I have your stuff?

Seriously. If he wants to level quickly (hell, level solo at all, reasonably, past 62) he should box a buffer. L2 is a buff game, period. Live buffers are not bursting out of the walls for duos, either. Anyone giving him crap for not using live buffers needs to put down the pipe and back away slowly.

You are playing a melee character, box either a PP or WC (haste). I would say WC if you want to take him up all the way with you, it is slower but probably worth it. PP if you want to stop @ 56 / 58.

WC for PvE no doubt, only "problem" is that WC gets the higher buffs in higher lvl then PP or SE.

for PvP u need to go PP, its a lot better buffer then a WC for pvp (solo pvp anyway)

i dont box a buffer, i just use GSAP.

i dont see much difference other than i might use 3-4 less SSA per mob. big hairy deal.

do you really feel no difference between when buffed and when "gcp only" ? xD
