Do this, i did the first quest he suggested and it took me to lvl 6, they start before lvl 6.
Second quest he gives you gave 28k exp and almost 2k sp :) lvl 10 in 5 mins.

Artisan to lvl 18 and Spoiler to 18 both ready to quest since quest is dropped to 18 now, my assumption is that the quest will make me 20 on both, eta 3-4 hours to get both dwarfs to 20 and class changed? thank you ncsoft for the lowbie boost.
