common items crystalize in a VERY LOWER number
of cry respect the official item,
so you CANNOT count on the random drop
of a common item to make shots.
while about "just buy a weapon"
the point is:
C GRADE CRY:
buy a C grade weapon,which weapon,
or even make a pair of dual C,
and which one?
B GRADE CRY:
buy a B grade from luxury?
but for that you need B cry just to make it,
or even make a pair of dual b and crush em,
and which one?

She answered you seriously. Hunting is a legitmate way to get crystals now. Not a whole mountain of them, but it can be and is being done. If you need a certain number of crystals or a specific way to get them then you should have said so from the start.

when i make a very simple and specific question like this,
i appreciate very simple and specific replies,
if someone ask me the result of 2+2,
and he has all the right to ask,
if i reply i say 4,
or simply i don't reply.
making cry from common item it's not a solution,
as i've already written you cannot count on that
for your costant supply of shots.
i've spent a few time trying to find the cheapest way
to make cry but i still don't know how dwarfs in giran can sell cry A at 20k when the price they cost for me crushing
a pair of dual kesha is more,
so,obviously i'm making something wrong,
that's why i'm asking here.
btw it could seems i'm angry but i'm not,
i'm just tired of generic replies.
Game Awareness , Cry are bough at Merchant of Mammons , and required ancient adena , ancient adena that are farmed by bots 24/7 what make the cry A/S have a theoric value of 0.
In other words they control the market cause you can't make cry A cheeper unless you farm like them.
Now maybe you understand why common items is the best way to make crystals
Same goes for all crystals even more now that bot will be able to farm common items
Also when some one is selling Crystals Real cheap it's mostly because they just blew up a weapon and trying sell off the crystals quick so they can replace they lost. Best to buy the crystals from them or set up a Buy shop Just under what they selling for. it's a good chance they will coe back to computer and sell 2 you. that's how I keep my WS in A Crystals in fact. That and common item drops. ;)
Why you think BH can crystal now?
So farmers can keep they Inventory clean of common items. :p
I've played for far too long and over time learned to NOT make my own crystals. I buy crystals from the lowest shop price in town or I buy undesirable, low priced items (BWLA is a good one) from shops and crystallize those. The only crystals I make on my own are usually from failed OE attempts which is certainly not cost effective but generally keeps me well supplied.
You can also make D and C from items in the shops (any will do) and with the new update maybe B. However, I have yet to check shop prices with the new update and from what I read the shop items are all Common now (a big boost for Dwarven crafters if that is really true) and so the crystal return may no longer be effective.
It looks as though you already discovered that the shop prices are better than what you can do on your own, but that you don't believe it is possible. Those shop prices are typically low because they are "people" trying to dump crystals after large scale OE attempts. You should capitalize on this for your own crystals.
D and C crystals : items from shops, prefrerably when taxes are low.. or craft if you have the right recipes and mats, you can save lots of money that way if you really have them.
Enchanted jewelry for instance or Dark Hose are interesting recipes for D grade, for C grade PL seems ok though I haven't checked exactly the prices and all.
Now, B crystals it's theoretical I've never made any since I'm not 52 yet... but I guess you want to take two top C swords, make a B dual out of it then crush it into B crys.
I'll share what i've found so far ...
(Aria, Giran shops, 11% tax)
for D crystal - Crafted Leather Gloves - 649 adena / cry
for C crystal - Chain Gloves - 3012 adena / cry
for B, buy cheap SOP and go to Aden @ blacksmith, check his list or buy cheap dual stamp and go to Oren @ blacksmith, check his shop.
If anyone finds a better way (cheaper) ... please share it with us.
Caliburs are 3,965,160 in Giran at 10% tax rate (2 would be 7,930,320 adena)
Its takes only 41 SoPs to duel them... (pretty sure every dwarf has 41 SoPs) and 18,225 Adena - in Aden at 15% taxes to Duel them..
That works out to 8,920.9 per B Crys... not bad at all.. considering on Pheonix.. buy shops are setup between 9K and 11K, ive seen some for as high as 13K.
