what i do personally is raid up to Lv.31 and then while usual leveling make a Lv.33 kamaloka once per day (nuke + any close range attacker makes it extremely easy to duo if know what they do) when bear runs to you you run to the other corner (when runs to you means it will start AoE)
you get at first a full level daily on there and dont takes more than 20 mins, at level 35+ you get around 80% per day, still very nice exp and helpful since mages are harder to level :/
20-25 Outside Town of Dion
25-35 Execution Ground
35-38 Breka Stronghold
I think it was my leveling selection, using top equipment (which is cheap even if you are newbie). After hitting 38 with 50% experience aprox., i started class change quests and hitted 40 with the quest boost.
