It's a capybara, imo.

Twitter is like livejournal only your text is limited, you can't post photos or vids (just links to them,) No one can directly comment on your messages except to private message you, and you can update your "twitter" from your phone. (which is very neato in theory but gets iffy when you think about how many people twitter in bathrooms and how many iphone users get their pw stolen on wifi. heh)
