Hey hey, I can login every now and then on Teon to say hi to my folks there! They're neat people! I don't think I'll leave Aria for now, I have everything established there, it's hard to leave.

Hi Zylo! Well, if I know or can help, there's no problem there! But there are LOTS of things I still don't know and a WHOLE part of the game that I'm a total noob at! :)
And Maz, I feel ya. I've considered transfering ONE of my alts to Teon once but just can't really be bothered to pay that much (and can't afford it either... heh!)
And then CT2 came and I came back. I still don't like the merge, I still miss my old server, but the new updates gave me a reason to come back.
Oh by the way, I wasn't GOING to quit. I had ALREADY quit when the merges came. So umm... fail more at reading? My accounts were both deactivated way prior to the merge, the merge was only ANOTHER thing that I didn't like. People really need to learn how to read sometimes.
Have a problem with it? Too bad!

And I never said I was GOING to quit after the merges, I had already quit (my clannies here can attest to that). The merges, back then, just didn't give me any reason to feel like coming back. CT2 did.
But then again, to some people, expressing an opinion that differs from them = crying.
Besides... Pff... I still think you're envious ;)
And whee, you know what, haters are good! Cause it means you have at least something good about you that makes enough impact on people to actually be hated :)

Well, BladeQueen, you can't really hear the sounds coming out of my voice or judge how my words sound, you don't know me. I mean, my clannies HAVE heard me whining and they know how it is :) But I wasn't whining. Just expressing an opinion. I didn't like the merges, still I'm trying to adapt to it. I thought servers were fine as they were, and that merges wouldn't really solve any problems (and indeed, they haven't). Now if that is whining to you, so suit yourself.
About the rerolling? I think everyone's free to play as they see fit. I like having a lot of alts, because the lower levels is where I have the most fun at. And not that I should even say anything, but my highest character is almost 63, and I have another at 61, not 5x. Doesn't change much for the PvP addicted and all of those that say the game's not started if you haven't reached the uber levels, but for me it's quite an accomplishment. Also the fact that every step of the way was legit, including buying my equipment and funding myself. Lots and lots of hours spent fishing and manoring and studying the market, playing with it, finding other ways to get some money. That's what makes me happy, and that's what's fun for me. I don't tell anyone how to play their game, as I don't want to be told how to play mine. I'm not in this game to be Uber and hero and PvP my brains out. It is fun sometimes to do something different, explore different things, test different classes and acquire different knowledge. People should try that sometimes!
And yes, I will reroll a thousand times if something I'm playing isn't fun. After all, I'm not going to pay for a game if I'm not having fun!
And 0so you're in Aria, right? I think I've seen you around somewhere... on one of my alts :)
ValerieRose High level is just not for everyone. I have a 77 and a 74 yet I play my low level alts more simply because your around the more fun people at the lower levels. Not saying there not fun High level people...they are some, just a lot more at the lower levels. Plus Kama is more fun on the lower Levels they seam a waste with poor drops at the higher levels. The High levels just want to PVP mostly anyway. If I want pvp I go get killed at the arena ;)
I've been playing 2.5 years... Gotten 1 (one, uno, etc) character to C (yes thats 40). My account has never been deactivated, I took 2 brief abscences however for about 3-4 weeks each. So technically 2.33 years.
I simply choose not to level, I love killing mobs/grinding, etc, but I just don't like to level, as once you get higher up, all the fun's gone (for me, fun in L2 is being able to hang out with friends, slaughter some baddies, die a few times and laugh it off.) :)
I like people, hence why I play an MMO. If you're too childish to accept someone's reason for why they made a comment, well then maybe this isn't the game for you. I think they would know the reason they made their own comment, and not you. Unless you are a psychic, telepathist, etc.
In order to play an MMO as it was meant for it to be played, you need to interact with humans (hoomans, earthlings, etc). If you are mentally unable to accomplish this feat of epicness as Val has, you might want to try a simpler game.

And Ash, maybe one day I'll get to a high level. If I finally find a class I enjoy playing EVEN when the grind gets tough, perhaps I will. I'm not excluding that from my possibilities. But I'm not one that will rush to the high-end content, just simply because I don't care much about most of the things that the high end content offers. So I'm taking my time and enjoying my game :)

we the amazons clan who do not believe in pvp and violence (ironic right????) are yet still if forced into it with no other choice, we kick butt.
ironic how ash doesn't like to pvp but she still pwns. it's wierd how people who pvp everyday will die to her and everyone will be like ?????????

Well, I can defend myself if I have to in case anyone attacks (I mean, provided I can survive being one-shot which is NEVER the case, because I can't compete with S graders with full OEd armor and boss jewels and all that), but I don't go looking for fights.
The problem is that PvP in L2 is so much gear-dependant as it is skill dependant, and there's no level limit, so people call "pvp" ganking lower levels and Pking them, which is so not pvp on my book.
But I remember once being on my Shillien Elder at Garden of Eva and making an S grade tank BSOE with my C grade dorf friend, a B grade summoner friend, a B grade BD and me in B grade. That was quite an accomplishment! :)

I tend to take forum stuff as such - forum stuff. It'll be hard to get me mad over something, I generally prefer to walk away when people do try to troll on me (which wasn't your case, I don't think).
But a lot of the people that replied are people I consider friends, so :) that makes me happy.

Great that you got your own thread where you can talk as much as you like too! I know how you think Aria is too shy on the forums, I know how you secretly love Gustin, but wow! You're on Teon too! :)
Heheheh... Nah, I have my heart set on one man for 4 years now and he's the one for me :)
The thing about the thread is that I really didn't expect it and I just take it as a nice way of saying "Hey, I think you're cool". And for me that's awesome, because it shows that at least in some sort of way I'm giving something back to people.

And I'm "kinda" on Teon. It was my "first" server when I came to lineage, but my original char there never passed lvl 6. Then I came to Lionna because of the Roleplaying side of the server, and stayed there since I found a very nice bunch of people to play with.
But being in Europe and a lot of prospective changes in my life made me create another toon on Teon in case I had to go to an European-timed server. For now I don't, but you never know.
Maz and the guys I actually met on the PTS! :) We were goofing around there and they were absolutely awesome, so I made a char on Teon and placed it on their clan so I could go and say hi to them every now and then. Just that I have to log in more often to say hi :)
AND the Phoenix forums are a lot more fun than the Aria ones, so I keep on invading there too :p
I was planning on jumping there to say hi but I rarely have time during the afternoons (Which would be when I see you all :( ). And my internet was wonky.
I'll try during the weekends to stay with you guys for a bit.
AND COME BACK TO ARIA ALREADY. Darn it :p
PS: Only saw you edited your post, smarty! I don't usually go aggro on people unless it's REALLY really serious. Meh, gotta keep a good sense of humor these days.

Heh Jess, I do have a lvl 36 Elven Wizard there as well but that was when I tried to raise a little char there in case I was going to move.
But I never did. The truth is, it's hard starting on a new server when you have everything established on another one. All my friends, all my items, all my characters are in Aria and that is part of my legacy in L2. So I really don't want to leave that behind.
And yep, the Phoenix forums are by far the most fun in this board :)
