hi, well i was wondering how do you get circlets like "Weapon master circlet", i was searching and read somewhere that buy at grand olympiad manager but i dont know how you can get to buy it.

Yes, they can be traded, but they can only be worn by someone 76 or higher that has made the 3rd class transfer. And, just so you know, they cost 12,000 noblesse passes.
ok, well the description of the items says that can be worn by anyone who has completed 2nd or 3rd class transfer (and not sub-class) so worth a try i guess.
and how often you get noblesse passes? like 1-10 per win? (so i know how much i could offer)
For each win you get 50 passes, I believe. However, if you get 50 points or higher at the end of the competition, you get a lot of them... forget the amount atm... (because I've never gotten 50 points!!!) and ofc if you get hero, you get quite a few more.

Well, in order to compete in the Olympiad, you have to be Noble... so you have at least one subclass... although the circlet can only be worn on main class.
