i reported it on pts but if it's anything like the last 10 dorf bugs i reported it won't be fixed for the next few chrons
this might be silly but also just double check that the lock icon (lower-right) in your hot bars is open and not closed.

with spike when you drag it to bar or macro the icon doesn't show giving the idea that the skill can't be dragged at all but it's just being sneaky and hiding ><

we are from the same server and I left the clan you are in a few months ago :P. A good clan btw :) And yeah...Grats for Elysian but this is still the worst choice for an "A" grade dwarf ;/

So, when you drag and drop - nothing happens? I had the same problem, but I didn't see the icon while dragging...when I dropped it on the bar - it appeared.
I know why it's not working for you!!! Look at your signature! You are not /true dwarf :) So...there's nothing you can do: works only if your MAIN is WS+ ;p
