to make it, take your common tallum, and common DLE, to the Blacksmith of mammon. provide a few AA and a dual stamp, and done. no other materials that i know of. but i do know you can make common tallum dle

No. Mammon does not have any option to make S grade duals.
There may be Common Tallum and DLE's in game, but there is no common Tallum * DLE dualsword.

It's a unwritten rule to generally ignore what Spud says, and laugh at him.
you can see everything a BS of mammon can do for you, right? you don't need to have the items to see the choices. so if you don't see common tal*dle there, probably he can't make them...
Common weapons can be only made up to A grade. There no Tallum*DLE
because of the simple fact you can get by on A grade you don't NEED S.
Unless you want to be stuck hunting HS and other lowbie spots you do NEED S-grade. Even stacked up oe'd s-grade is barely enough for some of the new places
