Cmon do you really think you're so special for them to make an event just for the NA servers? Of course everything we get are hand-me-downs from Koreans and mind you, we dont even get everything they have!

Wait...if a vampire is undead how come you can kill it??
On one side i do agree that there are vampires who come back from the dead to suck blood.
But then again there are vampire bats too, they feed on blood, they're by "definition" vampires, yet they're very much alive and kicking.
So with all due respect, the definition given by dictionary.com is incomplete and superficial, to say the least.
I was referring to the in-game concept of Undeads versus the in-game concept of Vampires. They're very different. And I personally believe that Vampires aren't undeads, rather creatures that happen to live forever and suck blood but... Maybe I like going to the Bram Stoker's definitions of Vampires? In any case, in the game lore, they're two different entities, so they should make the distinction anyway.
But I digress...
At least we HAVE an event. But it makes me wonder when they'll stop recycling events... making mice instead of pigs, or changing the name for the Firework ingredients... but I guess we should be happy we even have an event. Right? :confused:
Is the cubic the same as the one from the quest, a Special Order? Does this mean a character can have and use more than one wonderous cubic as a result of the event? Or is the cubic from the event a one-off, like opening a chest for a prize?
so they took the pig event items and gave them new names... and left some of the names the save?
they combined it w/ the wonderous cubic and call it a event
should atleast get some mouse ear avatar out of it
I really, really loved the Pig event. I hope the mice are as cute as the pigs were! And I hope I can use the redemption bows I still have in my wh. And great, now a chance to get my own Salvation bow on Bartz!! Im' a happy camper!!! :)
Oh, and re: the Wondrous cubic... it is my hope that each one of them produce the cubic pieces.

If it's like the Pig event, no. You have to stop EVERYTHING to go hunt the stupid pi... I mean, mice, which was very slow and very painful to begin with, not to mention competing with all the lifeless... Oh well :)

Then why does it say you get mouse coins from hunting regular monsters? Am I going blind?
With the mouse event (unlike the pig event), you do have a chance of obtaining coins through regular hunting. But it is surely more effective to hunt the mice directly ;).
I'm kind of split on this too. A unique event plotline/concept would be much more appreciated, but I'm happy that regular hunting has been added as a component (because I'm interested in grinding now) and I'm actually happy on a personal level that the cubics are added as rewards because I've been too lazy to do the quest (again because of interest in grinding over economy :P )
Thank God I'll be out of town for this useless event. GG NCsoft, lets not listen to the suggestions of players about what events they want. BRING ON THE FREAKING PUMPKIN/SQUASH EVENT!
least there should be less bots this time with the changes to trial accounts

2. does it have the same cooldown
3. does it last forever

It has happened before. I still have my Romantic Chapeau - Firework, which still has full mana. I'm waiting for the day when they let me upgrade it %&*$%^£$.

I was gonna complain about already having cubics on all my lvl 40+ toons, but if the under 40 toons can obtain them too.......imma have a lotta cubics lol.
I kinda liked the pig event last year, didnt like the fact it took time away from normal hunting (hours and hours of no exp)

Lol I wish I read this before commenting in the official thread about the event. Sorry SIren :).
the only thing i should have to say is you get the times right cause last time ncsoft botched up the launch time on hindemith. which made me sad. and the only other suggestion is if HGMSpam can catch closely cause i had to go perma red just to hunt pigs last time on one of my char. the worst villages included Hunters village well all the villages but in hunters the pigs were in town and so no one could kill a bot to actualy partake in the event.... i do not mean to encite a riot screaming "BOT" but unfortunately its true about the problem...
that said... BRING IT ON!!! i want a rabit transformation scroll or maybe a mouse one hehehehe that would be a good prize for me. i thought the white rabbits look sweet. that and should be like the bomber where u can sneak past things cause your so small lol.
the other event that i loved.... HATS!!!!! PLEASE OH PLEASE I WANT MORE HATS TOO! but very happy about a IN GAME event. LETS GET IT ON!!!!

Great that you can get more then just the Cubic. What I dont get is now that you can get the cirklets relative cheap from the luxery store I dont really get why you whant to put it in the event. In the pig one it made sense but now.. not really.
And as stated I really hope that the new hat is not a shadow item( answer on this would be nice)
Thanks for the event and I am looking forward to it as I really liked the pig one. But sadly is just copy of the other one, still crossing my fingers for a event with grandure and lore :)

Perhaps items that are more expenicive or hard to get like Agathions, feathered hats etc.
dump the cirklets from the event, as I see them as pointless.

I understand that the following paragraph cites "some random prizes", but I feel that it is important to increase awareness of these "random prizes" on the main event page for those who don't view the forums.

I already know of 4 people (who don't seem to believe me when I direct them to the forum) who say they don't intend to participate because of the small range of prizes.
I just know that from past events which have listed 'all' possible prizes on the event page the general feel and excitement over the event was much better than the feedback I'm seeing at the moment.
This is just my 2c. When I first posted, I hadn't actually read the part which said "random prizes" but I still feel my point is valid.
In addition, on the home page the link to "Check out the full details here!" has not been changed since it was moved from your development web server to the live one.

could you have your friend post a screenshot showing the 2 stacked wonderous cubes with mouseover? or maybe Siren can check this and let us know?
If that is true I will turn in the coins on toons that have cubes already, would make things much easier :)
