They are no where near ready, lol. I highly doubt they will be opened for transfer until early next year, and the soonest.
well your not the majority of the community and id like it opened before NC dont have the staff to even open it at all!!!

thats stupid, I definetly dont aggree with u, and so I will state my opinion. People that are lvling are finally starting to get somewhere, Opening the doors for a smack load (yes infact, a SMACK LOAD) of lvl 78+ characters is going to screw the current luna community in all their holes :O

You aren't the majority of the community either. The whole point of a thread is to find out the different viewpoints on a topic within the community and in this case debate the pro's and con's of the change.

I guess my sarcasm was vague and missed.
In either case, hardly anyone would transfer TO Luna. Most of the Transfers on Luna would be OFF of Luna. It would be those who cheated their way to the top who think they are ready to compete on the "real" servers.
Most of the people crying for xfers don't want more people on the server, they want to get off the server. NCSoft doesn't need another dead server (if they quit it's best for the game in the long run anyways), and we don't need them on our servers. You chose Luna, live with Luna.
luna is worse then teon & franz combined with regards to dumb botters so who would be so stupid to transfer to it ? only teon rejects i can see doing that..
Before opening luna transfers they should do a couple of banhammer rounds though ;) Dont want my server innundated with those 3 month noblesse wonders you got over there
And yes, Luna is mostly Franz and Teon rejects. One clan I know off was lionna, rerolled franz, rerolled luna.
