I don't know do or can GM's monitor total Adena amount at Lineage2 servers and gather statistics?
If they do - i think its time to check statistics for adena mass dynamics since start of 2008 year! There is TOO much adena in game now, sudden adena... Something is wrong here :/

On our server prices changes a lot. For some items ~5-10 times :O.
Especially for materials. Heard rumors (maybe it is just rummor), that somebody dupping adena.
In 4 years you're bound to see more and more adena in game.
Don't forget that the basic adena rewards were increased from mob drops in Gracia... Say for example every mob dropped an extra 10 adena.. there would be a LOAD more in game after even an hour.
After a one hour grinding session, if each mob dropped 10a extra, I'm gonna be (m*10) adena better off. Now say an entire clan of 40 people was out for an hour, and they too got an average 10a extra. That's (m*10)*40. Now let's say, for the sake of it, your clan has just killed, each, 1200 mobs in an hour. That's an average of nearly half a million!
And if every one of those people play for an average of 1 hour a night week nights and 10 hours over a weekend, that's 15 hours. What's (15*500,000)?
7.5m per 40 toons per week just by each doing an honest 15 hour week grind. That's EXTRA. Put on top of that the 500-2000k per mob and you're looking at a LOT of adena.
Also, you need to take into account the adena sinks which have changed since Gracia. Can anyone help me because I can't think of any additional sinks... I just know of a BIG one which was taken away. Teleporting for under 40's for one.
All in all, each server can very easily bring in, for 2000 active players, 15billion adena EXTRA a week if everyone only played for 15 hours a week. Which we all know is far from the true figure.
And these figures are only based on 10a average extra per mob. In reality, it's probably a lot more.
Now... if my math has failed me here, i'm going to look very silly.
the more i hear this the more i laugh. only cause not only does adena drop but people spend like crazy. ie. soul/spirit ore not to mention all the potions from priest of dawn, port fees etc i could go broke just spending money to npc's now if all of a sudden there was a doup in game where u could buy an idem for x ammount and sell for xxx ammount i can see there be a banning but i havent seen anything like that since c1 and that was quickly remedied. i remember when people were dropping 1 adena and picking up repeatedly while in group cause supposedly everyone in party got 1 adena cause it couldnt be split. Urban legends of L2 >_< relax and play the game. you conspiracy theorists crack me up.

That's ALMOST exactly the thing which is happening on Euro servers while we speak. Dup adena... prices = x3 suddenly.
nooooo its cause people are greedy and people freak out. the mere fact that people are going oe crazy and blowing up things left and right. not to mention people like this Jerk! whats it mean??? more players getting to grades that require unsealing armor faster.... means people replacing blown up armor... means a sudden flood of crafting for the chance of getting a foundation item. hell i know people that have crafted 25+ sets of BO to get foundation items.. when they wouldnt have even thought about making an extra set before.... your paranoid! if people quit buying at an outrageous prices guess what.... price would go down

cause the person selling isnt making any money. at a certain point they will lower thier price instead of wasting time sitting and selling.
and just cause Coz lost his mind doesnt mean there was a ADENA catastrophy. just people too lazy to negotiate or have the patience to wait. cause people NEED it now they pay outrageous prices. if anythign i would inspect packets that did repeat transfer of large even amount of funds without an item in exchange.
someone buying adena is a creature of habbit and will order more and guess what THAT CAN be tracked... so quit buying adena and paying outrageous prices cause then everyone else is counting there will be an idiot they can cash in on!
even if they dumped 200 billion in an area the economy relies not so much on a standard amount of money in the system but how people market.
take for example someone nuking in FOD 2kk on the ground then if no one picks it up and server restarts... that adena gone now... has no impact on the price in giran. if someone picked it up guess what... doesnt mean shots will skyrocket... now imagine a server full of drops... kill a mob... guess what... more adena...
if one person has a million it doesnt mean theres a fixed amount and means another player has lost a million cause of it...
and yes i get if suddenly everyone had millions things would be ourtrageously expensive.. but it would equal out cause your bringing in more money. but really i doubt everoyone on your server is farming 100kk every hour to be doing that to the economy... its more a matter of adena selling and all the crafting and breaking from suddent flood of enchants on the servers. i mean i have enough to oe an army just with 3 cubics on my account
