At first I was hoping they would drop more on regular mobs but then I realized that it would more benefit for bot parties so I'm good with how its set up. Still it does get tiring to stare at big black eyed mice after a while :/
Haven't gotten anything major other than cubes for my mains and some buff scrolls tho. I would rather do this than the evil fishing stuff for cubics lol.
i tend to hand in all my event stuff at the end but the one i handed in was event focus and might scroll
anyone know if i should open the stuff on an alt?
all my toons are 40+ except one so if i can get a cubic on it i'd be happy but don't think i want my lvl 9 dorf alt to get an untradeable cool item ><
idk about opening on an alt Nanashi, but I will trade one in at a time from now on to make best use of the buffs. I expect you have the luxury of clan hall buffs, but as I'm untagged they are very nice to have and use. Wish they would scrap the 80% inventory rule though - can't believe they haven't done so already.
So I can't get cubic pieces (whatever they are) from this event unless I have a quest active? If not, where do I get the quest - and is it worth having?
wonderous cubic is pretty good if u have a shop/alt/warehouse toon level 1 that you don't care about, stack 500 something coin and hope that u can get 1 :)
so far in 260 coins i got buff scroll, 3 brez 5 bsoe, 3 EWC and 3EAC.
word is normal mobs drop coins so you should do that!!
wondrous cubic on my third try for the last of my dorf alts
didn't really feel like spending 5 or 6 hours grinding the thing to 40 so i guess i'm happy with the event
2nd reward was a bsoe

I also got 3 of the special bows that you can only hit people with to produce hearts (I'm at work at can't remember the name of them) - got these from the pink pigs.
I wish the mice were in the hunting grounds more. I saw one bot just outside Goddard nuking a mouse for about half an hour. His recharger was busy as hell... Man I loved seeing that!

I saw the icon of it when someone did a WTS shout. Guess what? The icon is the same as for the pig wrangler's hat. What a coincidence.

this event kinda made sense for korea, since it was pre-CT2 and u didn't have wondrous cubic quest, u didn't have circlets in shop. but having this event after CT2 launch... it's just BS :/

Not trying to sound like COMPLETE ***** here, but I think you meant "Cut off your nose to spite your face", as shooting yourself in the foot would in no affect your face.

Anyway, 80 coins turned in and nothing but buff scrolls. I think I'll leave it and go do the previous quest for the wondrous cubic. :(

It's not even a copy of the hat. it IS the hat. meaning the old hats were actually renamed just for this event
i turned in event item 4 times, got a wonderous cubic (now i have wonderous cubic ((2)), nice QA on an event that took 6 months to come up with guys), a shield scroll (individual buff scrolls are redundant with the 1-60 buffs for newbies and a chore to use for 60+ characters), a bsoe, and a pig wrangleerr i mean hunting cap.
6 wonderous cubes (for all the alts), a good amount of buff scrolls (including 2 Empower), a few EAD/EWD, a lot of EAC/EWC, 2 EAA/EWA, 2 BSOE, 3 BREZ, 1 Golden Circlet of Redemption, and as a drop on a Lookout, 1 Salvation Bow and 1 PK (the guy was scratching my CP while I was shooting on the Lookout).
I'm satisfied. It didn't take me too much time, I won't have to fish for the quest AND level all my alts. And I've got a few nice things. I already had the golden circlet from the previous event, so I would have prefered the hunting cap, but the dice didn't want. It's ok for me, even if I understand it wasn't an event for HL. Whatever, HL have all the other things in the updates. I won't cry.
