Event Average Drop

I was doing event by myself and I saw these 3 guys in a group killing rat together. I laugh at them and and think why waste all that resource on 1 mouse. It turn out they kill the mouse before it stun them, which is annoying. And they were able to keep on going much faster than 1 person can. So laugh is on me I guess.

My questions are, base on your experience, in one event hour on average how many coin do you get?

Have anyone try grouping like that? and if so did you feel like you get more coin or less coin than solo?
You know you can insta kill them if you use the second skill right after he talks right?

True. The 2nd skill referred to here is "Pardon" - your doubleshot skill. Hit the mice right after they speak and are forming their little white anger-cloud, and you'll one-shot them.

I've noticed a lot of people hunting mice who don't seem to realize this, and they end up popping the mice very slowly, as well as burning through their bows' mana at a punk-rock clip.
Since you only get 3 bows every 24 hours, it's important to take out your maximum mice per bow.

The only annoying thing about that is the timing. The mice seem to infuriate at random, and since it takes so long to "line up" a shot using the bows, you have just about a second to get the skill off, or you'll miss your window of opportunity.
Even if you nail it, you have to wait for the Pardon shot to refresh, which slows down the huntin', dagnabbit!
I usually avoid being stunned by running away a little, when mouse is runnig halfway to me to stun. That's only when pardon isn't ready, ofc.
On average I get around 50 per one bow, that's about 150 coins per hour.
On average, I get 35-40 coins per bow, resist shock +maj ftw.
50 per bow, give or take.

I have 2 toons in party similar to what the OP said, using a macro or two (see player guides). I'm staying active on one toon and using pardon as soon as they spin up. While that pardon clears its re-use timer, I switch to the other toon, rinse and repeat.
pardon first mouse
riposte on second mouse
/win

i'm done with this event though, rewards just aren't worth my time however i was happy to get a cubic for the last toon on my accounts under 40
now with all you genius figured out how the event work. who got the best rewards so far? it sux really. ncsoft not doing anything that make people log on and play. they need to focus on that.
I guess I'm not the brightest crayon in the box... I had no idea Pardon would one-shot those things after they flap their gums. Not knowing that, the amount of time it had been taking to kill the blasted things, the mediocre awards, and getting stunned repeatedly, made me angrily give up on those rodents and go back to grinding. It was driving me absolutely mad... I wanna know where the hell those things got a 100% stun land rate
it's only 99% stun when you have zaken
either way wtt dorf stun for mouse stun ><

maybe it's just me but I've got the impression that out of village mice are more fast to get angry.. again maybe it's just random.

if you got more than 1 acct you can hunt with another alt while the Pardon skill is being prepared. also you can shoot the mice with 2 chars but then you'll miss the pardon opportunities as no matter if you do the Pardon shot right after squeak, it won't work if there was any more damage done to the mice before Pardon :(

It's not 100% no debuff in the game is 100% 99.99% maybe, but not 100 :p

I've resisted it twice on a lv 20 dark wizard (which has probably the lowest con in game)
you can resist by running straight into it and past it when it is about to stun

someone told me this and it works, not every time but often
I got me one 'o them fancy golden circlets....whooooo wheeee! Now I just gotta figure out where to spend all my adenas.

You can avoid stun every time, if you run in the same direction of the mouse, but slow enough for it to catch up it will get in range but stun will fail because you're too far away (i can do this consistently on a dwarf with no winwalk, so it can't be that hard :p)
Yea, you can outrun the mouse to avoid getting stunned but running toward it and letting it stun you is quicker to get the whole episode behind you. The stun duration is shorter than the amount of time it takes the mouse to give up on trying to catch you.
Sounds like you guys are exploiting the monsters ai to gain an advantage. Isn't that against the rules?

I tried and it did work, so thanks :)

I would like to /kick the person who thought about this stun "feature" of this lame event... Thank god it's over.

against the rules.. in lineage? i don't think anything is! lol...

i got 50-80 per bow *using the 1 shotiness of the awesomes* but i also blame this partly on luck, i somehow constantly got 2 coins almost all the time and sometimes i hit the jackpot. but i havent gotten **** from the event ive got 29 coins left.

A dorf without windwalk running from an event mob is an exploit?!?! lolololol
