I believe I speak on behalf of many when I say we're really curious about the answers :).
Are there a first bunch of answers that can be posted? We don't demand that all questions/answers be posted at once, but it would be nice to post the ones that have an answer already. :) Even just one would be good :).
I've been checking daily as well for those answers. When is that post expected?
I know this is pushing it but is there a way that those who submit questions via pm can get the answers via pm as well? I'd hate to miss the Omega replies.
I just want to give a free internet to Siren for his epic sentence "L2 isn't going anywhere". While "L2 isn't leaving" would have been reassuring, "not going anywhere" gives a better picture of the policy of NC US until now. We're glad that NC West doesn't have any direction for L2, so we're all stuck in the middle of nowhere with our comfortable problems.
I just have to quote this because in reality, Nanashi, or any L2 player who's been around for more than 3 months, could and probably would do a better job of answering questions more correctly and in-depth than any NCsoft rep ever will.
NCsoft interviews are always a joke, giving us absolutely no information about anything, just talking in circles rather than actually answering a question.
There was a beautiful topic a while back about an interview given on MMOFury by Tim Tan, where Sovrath proved that NCsoft should hire him as their new PR person. The only thing I'm interested in is what happened to Alyra. I think she was the best thing that happened to the L2 community in a long time (not that I don't like Siren... but I shudder to remember Mistryl...) I'm very unhappy about loosing her.

i'm starting to think i'm a bad person because i didn't appreciate her in the slightest as a CM

Funnily Alyra was rather well appreciated by the community. Siren on the other hand made a great entrance with his "subclass quest is taken at lvl 76".
If you add "LS 70 not exchangeable for accessory LS is a feature" and "L2 isn't going anywhere", I think we're on a new era of awesome CMing...
They didn't remove Mistryl for a long time. Alyra's told us in the past when she's been on vacation - and don't you think Siren would have said something if she was - especially with all of the conspiracy threads floating about.

And yet I haven't heard anything from them about any cool job offers. Oh sure, some stuff about lawyers and something about "slander" and "libel" and "from hell's heart I stab at thee" but in the end, when all is said and done it was the summons that really showed they cared. :)

I think it's a bad sign when the project lead for our game can't answer some simple questions about the game in question and the company he basically the boss for in a timely manner.

He will. Other things do come up and I am sure that he needs to be careful too of what he is saying. Be patient, it will come.
You guys ... stop looking for a messiah that will solve all your problems through a Q&A. You all know you get sanitised (canned) responses to pretty much everything.

Like what? He isn't in charge of taking care of the servers, that's a tech's job. He isn't moderating forums, or policing the servers in game. He certainly isn't working on the next update because that's still 2 months in the future for us and he most definetly isn't on our legendary event team. He's the producer for a game whose entire content is produced by someone else. He isn't a programer or an artist because that's all taken care of by the koreans. I'm trying really hard to wrap my head around what exactly is keeping him so busy that he can't answer some simple questions.
As far as the answers taking time to be sanitized, that may be true for alyra, or spam, or any other underling who has to report to the producer, the head honcho doesn't have to jump through hoops to write up a post because the buck stops at him.
So, what is keeping him? You can't just say he's "busy" and leave it at that.
You are right... Omega can write what he wants... but it is the marketing people that will review it.
No CEO/Top Dog just runs his/her mouth without someone taking a look at it first.
And yea.. taking a little long to get the answers out, but it does take some time to pick out new furniture for your office and what color to paint the walls.

Usually when you are laid off you aren't given a lot of leeway to do things.
And though I'm sure it wasn't like this over at NC, there are some companies and financial institutions that will have security escort you off the premises once you are laid off. Even if you were a valued employee and even if they liked you.
Yea I understand that Sovrath why I believe she was laid off, usually if you quit or resign they allow you to clean up loose ends at least any job I resigned from that was the case.
Friends of mine have been laid off from customer facing jobs in the past and the general rule is that you get paid leave in your notice period so that you have little contact with clients and customers. I'm guessing this is what NC have given to many of their ex-employees.
i dont normaly apply to such Q&A such as these as they normaly suck and the answers are normaly political and dont give any definition but this time i gave it a try and well NC soft seem to have proved yet again they cant do anything smoothly... (funny this situation proves a handfull of comments i made in the pm to siren lol)
Yes, the answers have been posted for about a week now, so I do not know what the problem is o.O (unless your specific question was not deemed worthy of being answered)
