i am a leel 32 almost 33 artisan and took a wolf.
my wolf is almost level 22
my question is,if i delevel to my pets level will it level faster or not ?
for now i level him on stuff from his level
Now that wolfs take a set % of the masters XP, leveling them on mobs their level isn't necessarily the fastest way. (Low level mob XP goes up fast per level.)
At L33, the lower level of Execution Grounds (Golems, Ghouls, bats and strains.) is a good moderately safe place to level a slightly under char level wolf. I would take it there first to see how it levels before feeling the need to make another alt or delevel for it.
I think you'll find that the wolf will go up levels faster than the dwarf does until it catches up in overall levels.
As far as mobs the wolf's level goes...don't. The set XP split means that if mobs are too low for the master, the pet gets less xp than if you killed mobs in level range of the master. Only if you cannot keep aggro off the wolf or keep it from dying a lot should you move it to an alt closer to it's level. (Or find a better area to hunt!)
imo i would recommend a DE nuker for pet lvl'ing. Its both save and cheap, because you 2 shot everything. As a dorf its hard to keep the wolf alive without hate, but if you insist then i recommend pole. at lvl 33 a good spot is in crypts of disgrace. south from there is graverobber hideout. you can do a decent quest there aswell. mobs there are ½ hp and weak to poles and blunts. they respawn very quick aswell. with newbie buffs you can pull them easy with a few pots.
