The game is developed in korea. Until it become a big enough problem over there it will not be dealt with for us. the US/EU part of this game is completely irrelevant as far as the devs are concerned.
So if you want to get something done about it your choices are limited to 2 things

start botting on korean servers and *make* it a problem

Well i dont know 100% what your saying to be honest but id have to say this game will only develop as long as the koreans play style and current state of their game remains teh same. its the same as it was on Lineage 1, took MANY years for them to let the US team handle there own servers the way there customers wanted it. and that will probably not happen to lin 2 till lin 2 korea is fermenting. i personally would be happy with anything my character can ACTUALLY do Himself, or with one or two friends. So im still hoping for fingers. i want fingers!!! then i will be happy.

I think half the people in this thread will have quit the game by the time gracia part AWESOME rolls out. Remeber, we still have to wait the standard 4 months for gracia part SUCK (ie locked korean content because we don't have nccoin or their payment system). And this update will be 4-6 months after that for us. We are looking at gracia part 3 some time in April or May 2009. It could be longer since ncsoft will actually have to do some work to localize it. Part 3 is going to be the massive update gracia part 1 and 2 should of been. I'm excited about it, but I don't think I'll have an account active for the entirety of the wait period. 8 more months is a long time to wait for something we were promised in interlude : )

odds are they will add NCcoin so we have something to hold us out for the one year wait for real content

The wing is not for flying but for balance when fencing. Ask people who have played the full form on the PTS - flying resp. hovering Kamael are useless. (Losing the ground under your feet means in real life fighting that you have no leverage).

Actually in general I don't want just hands, but higher res character models and robes on light elves that are full length robes, similar to what the elven gatekeepers have.
Also I want to counter the false logic of this statement:

Even if the drop rate of common items apporached 0, getting one to drop would not make one think they got something special because common items by definition are useless and being useless are not desireable. Drop rates do not make things tresuares, usefulness or looks do.

Don't blame me. That's what the NCKorea development team said to a question of the Playforum reporter whether there would be any changes to the Common Item system :p
I guess that means normal items will now be 1/10^10^10^10^10^10 chance of dropping off raid bosses to make sure that common items will still drop more often than normal items.
