i put +4str-4con. i dont fight stunner mobs. lvl 59 now and havent really had much of a problem as i can hold enough shots (still using c grade ds/focus) to run completely through the 1 hour noobie buffs. i wouldnt nerf con any more than -4 though. +dex is worthless imo.
abyss walker leveling tats is a must have +5 dex, you can either -str or -con. if you are doing parties alot defineatly sacrifice the hp and go -con.
having the lowest crit rate of the dagger classes you need to do everything you can to hit as hard as possible as often as possible. con is not an issue having vr 3 or vr 4 as you will do such massive damage on your crits to keep your life full when fighting pink or yellow mobs.
tats however aren't as important as the gear you use. get gear that will increase your dex such as doom la and dark crystal la or nightmare la. i always preferred the crt dmg SA over the focus SA as i was full dex armor and tats and this allowed me to do massive damage!....anyone saying a dex tattoo is crap for leveling has no clue how to play their dagger and are leveling very inefficiently.
do what you want however, that's the beauty of the game.
+5 dex +4 str -9 con, the damage output is incredible and with vr 4 you are unstoppable 1 vs 1 against any mob your level or a bit higher and you chew through them like a woodchipper through a pile of sticks. you won't even have problems with dagger resist 4x hp mobs. just stay away from stunners!
+4 STR -4 CON is nice.
+5 STR even better. However avoid stunner mobs and have at least high lvl PP buffs and VR.
Its all about increasing your P.Atk and daggers have the lowest of all weapons. So if you increase your STR combined with the Very Fast atk.speed of a dagger weapon you increase your dps significantly.
Why would you have PvP tats at 61lvl???
You should focus on PvE until u reach 78lvl and learn Focus Death and Assasination. Before 78lvl all daggers are only half good and consider that in all retail servers most daggers are 79+
Because pvp can happen at any time, so why wouldn't I use a PvP setup? I don't group much and I'm always out in the popular solo/duo spots so it works for me.
