well im geting really close to A grade and i wanna know what is the best build for my SB meaning what set what weapon tatoos every info u got to make my the best !! thnaks for any help! :D
this is for PVE
Lacerator(DLE conversion) Rsk. Focus
DC light
+4 str - 4 con
and for PVP, since we don;t have any magic weapons ....chose a good fighter one :))
Don't ever (EVER) use Rsk Focus. It's a friggin' waste of a stage 12 crystal on an SB. At the very least use health, but you'd be insane to ignore crit damage.
Rsk Focus is for classes that fail at dealing damage but can take a crap-ton, like Paladins for example (who excel under Angelic Icon, but can survive more or less with just vr. Rsk. Focus is basically designed for them.
I might make a Paladin at some stage. They are pretty **** hot at around 60+ levels. Sk/DA however is just way more fun though).
Soul breakers live and die by crits. Luckily they crit a hell of a lot and do crazy damage when they do. Basically like a dagger.
The Crit damage/rate passive goes up to level 4. If it works anything like the dagger version, it's max additional P atk will be something like 170 or so. A crit damage DLE/Lacerator adds 326 on crit. So lets say buffed your P atk is 700 or so: 700+326+170=big domage'.
Of course I can't say for sure the passive and the weapon stacks. Or even whether or not the passive has any similarities with the dagger version (which actually goes up to level 6). The results however are quite alarmingly obvious.
Outside of Korea, no one knows jack about the class beyond personal tests. The only ones who might know are the guys who **** the client and they aren't saying jack. At least not yet anyways...
To sumarize, don't use Rsk Focus, and don't gimp your con. You don't need to. Your crits do most of the work anyway (You also have fairly good nukes. Use them).
In fact you might even want to go +4 dex, -4 str, however that's probably a bit extreme ;).
I will tell you what the Korean Soulbreaker end game pvp build is.
They use the following DYE setup: +4 Con +4 Dex -8 STR. Some add the +4 WIT -4 INT.
Weapon: Forgotten BLade with Focus
Armor: Drac and sometimes they Use Apella Lite set
I got this info from a Korean friend of mine in my clan.
For OLY they use either No dye at all or +4 STR -4Con.
If you think about those DYE setups, they do make sense.
I have used the +4CON +4 DEX - 8 STR. It was very difficult to look at my damage log on the non crits, but you have to get past that. YOu have to look at the bigger picture.
I asked my friend why they use this seutp?
Answer: +CON for more survivability and just as important for the ability to carry alot more CP pots and QHP's.
The +CON was so for a few reasons as well. Crit for one. The more we crit the better. It also boosts attack speed a little. The faster we hit the more chances we get for crits. Lastly, the boost in run speed. Run speed is so important for us. Just +1 or +2 runspeed makes a difference in kiting or chasing down an opponent.
The +WIT was also tough to [censored] at first. What does WIT do ? It does a few things as well. It boosts cast speed. +4 WIT really makes a big difference in our casting. +4 WIT also boosts our Magic Crit Rate. Again the more we crit the better. The - INT does seem extreme. People will say, our debuffs will not land! Well true but listen, imo and personal experience, I use the following debuffs: I use Soul Vortex, soulweb, and Deathmark. I only cast them after I use Steal Divinity. At -4 INT, I still cast Steal Divinity for 100% success rate. If you gimp your targets buffs by stealing them in the fight, if you get the right buffs canceled, your debuffs will land.
If I fight someone with Stacked buffs and boss jewels, my Vortex will probably fail even if I have +INT. Forget about Silence and Root working on a Stacked Target.
Lastly, and very important, +4 WIT decreases the re use time on our skills. We can Cast faster, Crit more and decrease magic reuse time.
Now, the above DYE's are not for everyone. This class is so versatile that they can use a number of different dye setups and still be successful depending on playstyle.
I have use literaly , at this point, 100 different dye setups. There are bonuses to all of them and negatives. You have to pick your poison.
I use Drac Set/+8FB with Focus(Secret Augment)120Dark attribute(working on 150Dark)/and my DYE setup is the Korean style setup. I will keep it that way until I get tired of it and try something new.
I haven't got your lvl yet but i've been using +4 STR +4 DEX -8 CON with Maj LA and I have never had a problem with it both in pve or pvp. I'm using a +4 lacerator with critical damage and my crits are just devastating for my lvl (67). I play defensive pvp most, meaning that during 1 on 1 (or 2 vs 1 when one of them is the healer who goes inq) I make a goos use of painkiller and SS.
As I said, It works well for me, maybe I have to change my dyes whn I reach a higher lvl, but so far It's been good :)
ok so this was my dilema .....so you say that the 13% increase in critical chance is less than the 300 patk of critical patk?
I still have no SA in my DLE .....to expensive the crystal... but if you think critical damage is better(since shining edge works like crap) ....
I work now with 169 critical(was thinking of buying a SoES for focus lvl 3), that's why i was going for the critical chance!!
In my experience this tat setup has worked fine. At the beginning the idea of lowering my con that much seemed crazy. Then I started to see that melee players had a hard time chasing me down and when they did they missed a lot when trying to hit me (specially after stealing focus from opponent) and then I like the set.
With SE and self buffs (including furious soul) i get a crit chance of 207. It's not bad as you crit a lot with that amount. I did a little experiment in pve and 4 out of 10 times I got 6 crits out of 10 hits (not normal but not rare either). The rest went according to current crit rate. So Imo and with my current lvl, crit damage is better as in those crits get to hurt more. Also shining edge lands (this tried on passive mob full buffed and from behind) as an opening hit 3 out of 5 times, all of them hitting for more than 3k damage. I'm not sure that I could've reached that number without a critical damage.
A think either focus or CD is a good SA according to your play strategy. I like to inflict as much damage as possible in fewer hits, so crit damage works for me pretty well.
so after I finish up the mutt's weapon ....I go for crit damage as well ......
When i chose this weapon it was because of the critical damage SA (at first I wanted Sirra's, more patk and matk) but after there were those Shining edge discutions ....I thought hmmmm rsk focus .....so I'll go with my first choice ..CD .... thx
