I've have been doing some research on the Recipe for Sealed Tallum Plate Armor 100% and it is written up as if it exists but no other information can be found on it as to what mob drops it or what quest reward it is given as. I am wondering if anyone knows how to obtain this recipe or if it is even possible?
It does not exist ingame. All A-grade items are 60%/70% crafts. It was anticipated that A-grade crafts would get 100% recipes when S-grade recipes were put into the game, but this did not occur. Previously, the second-tier recipes did go to 100% versions when a higher grade was put into the game, but that stopped with B-grade. I will bet the 100% A-grade recipes are coded, and could be put in, but that has not yet happened.

These items do exist, but they are not enabled on the live servers such to say that you cannot get them from quests, drops or spoils. Of course all it would take would be 5 minutes worth of coding, and viola they'd be available.
