The amount of warning we are given appears directly proportional to how much 'content' is being added...

3-4 weeks after pts starts, you know we will start lvl 1 with 1 rates and gotta test the 80lvl kamalokas and...wait, there is not and, there is no new content to test

I love the idea of getting Vitality Herbs, that really encourages one to keep playing in my opinion and it "could" also mean more PvP hence more players want to level in herb areas to get vitality herbs. more pvp = more fun ^^
