I think that "while" refers to the progress bar and animation after you click "Enchant" on the enchant dialog. After it's been enchanted, it can be dropped again.

The item being enchanted cannot be dropped while using the scroll to enchant it.
That's what I meant. Yes you can still fail +4 just not on 1 piece they are still up to +4 safe.
Also the More you + it the Greater the Bonus.
You don't get extra hp on jewelry.
The extra HP comes from each armor that's +4 or more it's not base on armor sets.
I made +6 PL set on PTS with +6 Full Plate helmet and I got hp from each so as high as 61 hp.
You do get more HP from higher grades.

lolumad? these boards are flooded with L2baddies who pretend we play the same game and express their opinion against veteran players who actually know what they're doing. alot of these players who post on the lienage2 boards are ignorant and need a smack of what lineage2 really is, and not what it was 4 years ago. this game, the company, all has problems and they arent going to be fixed anytime soon, so dont mind me for shedding some real lineage2 on you scrubs. This game is dieing and I dont want to see it happen.
Weve gone from 9+ healthy servers to 4 decent servers, the population is shrinking, and while everyone on these boards thinks L2 is fine and dandy and that BOTS are they're only problem, when you really open your eyes and take a look at the player base that existed 4 years ago compared to the one we have now its saddening.
besides this patch is pathetic, nothing amazing or new since the hellbound patch (which by the way more than half of the people on these boards has never even been to and never will)

but youre right, this game has come a long way since opening day. mostly in cosmetics, as i said. it never did maintain its hardcore nature from they day it opened. every update since that time has either"balanced" "wowified" or added aesthetics to an already beautiful game.

For those of us who got ourselves there, it is a pretty tough challenge to accumulate all the mats for s80 and the xp/sp for skills and enchanting them. So, yeah, they've got to keep that up because it actually keeps people in the game from higher levels.

i like how you immediately think just because i have a high lvl toon a decked out gear im an ebayer and a botter, just goes to say what the player base is like on these boards, extremely spiteful if you ask me, maybe ive just been playing this game for 4+ years everday for 6 or more hours, and dont want to see all this work put to waste because there are no DECENT players to fight anymore, when in reality the only thing I want are super packed servers with 3000+ people on them, is that so much to ask?

Why do I care? Because you talk about game mechanics that are core features for many players but you don't have the slightest clue about them. That's problematic when the only voice ncsoft bothers to pander to is the one on these forums.

You didn't think it would be better for real players too? Some people are using few weapons, actually. It helps them too.

I'll have to enlighten you a bit about spudnik. That guy got reading comprehension,mkay? And with reading comprehension even a lvl 10 char can tell a lvl 85 char how to play the game, you see? Because all high lvl players are stupid botters, ebayers and don't have a clue about the game.
Futhermore he generally knows everything best, even if he never had any contact with the matter being discussed. But hey, that doesn't matter! Because he got reading comprehension! And with reading comprehension a lvl 10 char can tell a lvl 85 char how to play!!!

And about the common item's weight: I don't really see how that boosts bots. Do you seriously think a bot owner (player bot, not farmer) gives a **** about some crappy common items? If they jam his inventory he'll just leave them on the ground or destroy them, it's not as if that small amount of money mattered in any way compared to what he earns in terms of lvls, quest rewards and pure adena drops (if he hunts w/o SS). So that change will only boost bots very very very slightly while it also helps normal players (I usually hunt full stacked out at ~50% weight on my EE or with w/e percentage I can carry with drac, so an early common item drop always messes up my weight limit^^)

Does he or she have to sneak into the Ketra camp on stealth to speak with the Shaman and then can move freely among the Varka?
The whole quest hinges on the Fire Dragon being trapped inside the barracks of those watery sheep. There should be an alternative one with an injured Water Dragon in the Ketra camp.
If Siren's description is correct, you will gain back vitality at the same rate and in teh same way you lost it - based on the xp gained by fighting mobs. Instead of decreasing vitality, normal xp would increase it by the same amount.

From what I understand you don't go really to the camp but what appears like it only on a different level so I doubt it will effect the alliance.
But I will wait for Siren Feed back before I'm 100% sure. ;)
QA just confirmed that when you go to speak to the quest giver (the Ketra Orc Shaman outside of Goddard), he actually tells you in his dialogue "This quest takes place in Pailaka. It does not affect the Varkas Silenos alliance quest or the Ketra Orc alliance quest."
