Just a quick note....

The PlayNC Support Center for all NCsoft products will be down on Tuesday October 21st beginning at 12:00 AM CDT/ 1:00 AM EDT / 5 AM GMT while the website undergoes maintenance.

During this time, you will not be able to open new tickets, receive responses from our support team, or access the knowledge database. The maintenance should be complete by mid day on Tuesday October 21st.

Will this affect Account Services at all, Siren?

Actually, the site is already back up at this point. But no, this wouldn't have affected any account services.

i am sorry for asking this here, but siren, will we have the service for changing main to sub and vice verca? or an event or something ? :p

When you announce a fact lock it rigth after.
Even I (being a forum troll to some) am getting tired of the useless yet imho true statements about the current support.
