They're trying to make more money. You will have to buy NC coin to buy these just like the **** and Koreans do. ExTeel (Both K-steel and NA servers) use NC coin already. $1 = 100 NC coin.

and where in that does it say it's something that will be enabled in gracia final? nowhere ... so I was right in saying you just wished/assumed it.
Personal teleports are what I said above, premium services along with self brez/horses/squirrels etc koreans got with Gracia Part 2. Info about it was posted months ago in this very forum search for it
But we are no korean people on korean servers. They have their own updates with difrent things in it. In our part2 we didnt got any of those payed services as may may see. That doesnt mean it wont be added in future updates with difrent connections like event rewards or quest rewards ect.
You are wrong. It's a part 2 feature that won't be activated for us because our staff is incompetent. Why string us along with little caveats (we will give you info later guys, honest!) when you have no intention of bringing us this service (along with all the rest) in a timely manner (if ever?).

We "got" them. They are all translated and in the client files. Our ncsoft simply refuses to give them to us. They are all activated by simple account flags (like the net cafe only instances) which ncsoft could very easily flag for each and every one of us, but they refuse to. Maybe they will sell the left out peices to us as a "bonus" during the next "x" anniversary box. But make no mistake, we could have them today if our malevolent overlords so wished it.
