The reporting system for users of illegal programs the reporting system has been improved.
Each account gets 7 reporting points. Those can be used to report other characters. Once a report has been issued, the account is blocked for 1 hour to issue another report. The reporting points are getting reset every day at midnight.
Penalties are in relation to the amount of received reports for a characater. Possible penalties are: chat banned, unable to join any party, reduced attack/cast speed, forced to stay in town, unable to move, permanent purple state, …

I think you're reading that as the account being blocked from logging in. The way I read it it just means you can't report an account more than once per hour.

I don't get it! Let's say ALL my clannies will report A Hero. So, is he going to be forced to stay in Town if 50-70+ppl report him? Or who knows maybe it's even worse to have /chat bann? Anyone?
Siren already took a statement about it. That button will not get abused because this system will be controled by a person. Depends for how many reports for 1 char, it will be checked and if it is a bot it will get various penalities or maybe a ban. The report will be everyday reseted. Also as i noticed, the button cant be used in the battlefield or town and you need to have that player in the target near you.
So no, if you try to abuse the button to report normal players, that aint gonna work.

The good side is that I managed to unload 1000s of fruits in the manor manager (which were rotting in my wh for months...) and a clannie could do the HS quest with relative ease!

this will be true only for OOG bots. IGW is still working (i've seen some bots 4 hours after update - but less than usual ;o)))
I saw some noobs QQing in a forum that they couldn't connect... and all servers were light..
servers are light even now, and yesterday even euro servers were light ;o)))
and if they QQing about nonfuctional OOG walker, well good for them, maybe they will try to play by themselves, 'till someone fix walker for them. but i fear, they'll wait week or two, 'till new walker release, and new "crack" for this (so they would not need to pay for it).
well. longer it takes to make walker working again, better for me, so i just cant jump on bot around every corner when playing

Thats one thing I nocticed too I was able to buy seeds and sell fruit back. I like to buy small amounts of fruit and plant ^^ So yeah I think bots did slow down now. Maybe some private server players might come back to retail, bots was the the most thing complained about.
