Useless SR skills?

anyone know wtf blessing and spirit of sagitarious do? I don't notice any diferance with these on or off, mp costs don't change (unless it doesn't change what it says skill costs, but does decrease what it actually costs) and skills take same time to cool down.... do you have to asign them to a skill or something? or is the differance so small it isn't noticeable (or at least not noticeable before getting them to max lvl)

I admit i Have them, I read what they did, I thought oh gee...got em because I had so much **** sp from skipping other useless things (charm/elemental heal). Do i ever use them nope.

They both DO help and you SHOULD use them.

Blessing decreases skill reuse time.
Spirit decreases MP consumption.

It wont change what the skill says, but it does decrease the amount of MP each skill uses. Especially in PVP situations they are both very useful.

You should be able to notice a bigger difference at max level.
