it's not because of the game...it's because those players has started to play a game that doen't match theyr play style

No, otherwise everybody would bot. A lot of players don't bot, so the botters are just too weak. Or making real life profit on a game.
You probably took L2 for a counterstrike-like game, but L2 is mainly about PvE.

Yea I saw he was like 4th or 5th place as a Tyrant in OLY. I figure with fist like that.,,, if he knew the class he should do much better.

Kind of like how they changed being able to sit after you Invo'd last patch, and they changed it for this one. People are making a big deal of a Non-Existent issue.

you spend most you time doing quest and to grind for materials and not to mention to level your char than you use to PvP.

if you skip PvE you will just be a level 1 char on talking island or where ever.
