So I am looking for some info about sts 79 lvl skills. I know that wind vortex slug is uber nuke and becouse of that is a must. I m mostly wondering what about other 2 skills?
Empowering echo (increase m atk and mana consumption) and Throne of wind (???) are they worth giving up 80million of sp?
Consider yourself lucky! Empowering Echo is very good, and much better than the SpS skill. It gives a large MAtk increase, and a 79 StS with 150 wind and just PP/SE buffs can two shot me with vortex/slug when they have it on. It makes them do almost 50% more damage than a SpS compared to their usual like 20-30%ish more.
Throne of wind, like throne of ice, sucks. It's a DoT that does low damage... just don't get it.
