All the buffs fully level to max effect (effect 3 acumen, clarity, empower, effect 2 wild magic). At what levels that happens, I have no idea, because these buffs got added to Seraphim after I had it +1 for a good half a year.
When patch came out i was allready lvl 62 so heres what i can give you:
Lvl 62 I had full Emp 3, Acumen 3 (i think ;) )
Lvl 64 I think i got clarity lvl 1 at this lvl or maybe 62
Lvl 66 You get Wild Magic lvl 1 no boost to Clarity lvl 1; but a Boosts MP dance to effect 3
You get the skills at the same lvl a SE/EE would get them (for WM and Clarity, since Acu and Emp are already maxed at lvl 56). That means WM1 at 62, WM2 at 70, Clar2 at 66 and Clar3 at 74.

wrong you get wm lvl 1 at 66 not 62 i know that much
I'm approaching level 70 on my ES sub, so i will take a note of the changes to the seraphim when that happens. I mean what level of the buffs i get at this stage. :)
This is completely logical. Why should the Elemental Summoner get the buffs at the same levels as buffer/healer? Actually, I hate it that they got these buffs at all.

lol stop killin the thread, ES has the buffs - u guys have inquisitor mode. I didn't hear nuker's complain u guys have the best pve nuke in game (holy mobs are the most popular) and that ur surrender is also the best because it can help augment melee damage pre-76 very easily (holy weapon on everyone and just surrender the mobs to have melee kill faster)
Omg...Im tired of hearing about the **** Iquistor. In every game every healer is suposed to have some type of holy nuke. People usaly become a SE, EE , or bishi to be a healer or a buffer if I wanted to be a **** nuker I would of been a nuker understand!? and nukers didn't complain cause our nukes is still weaker! So get get your facts straight. I'm not talking about the **** nukes I'm talking about buffs. and why are you even talking smack? Best pve nuke in the game you must be high.

Summoner's can complain too btw - u know that right?
Why don't I complain a bit for summoners then:
duals/pvp/arena costs crystals (considering summon dies a lot if you pvp in arena for fun, it is a useless adena sink)
we lose cubics/summons on logoff / dc
the new vitality herb only affects us 1/2 as long
there is no way to change our summons stats through tatoos
(nothing beats +5str, +4dex for pve)
our weapons SA doesn't affect our summon (focus SA is killer for melee in this game)
summons are blunt - the worst type of weapon considering buffs given in this game
the number of skills we learn and actually use is comparable to a BH
clan hall buffs / fortress buffs don't affect summons
and the biggest!?!
wolves are better DDs than a summoners' summons
oh and another, in next update, the exp advantage summoners have over ws/necro/da will be nill cause with enchanting, the % exp used by their summons will be reduced
Summoners have had it as bad if not worse than healers in the past - u do remember that summons didn't use to be able to use shots right?
I didn't start the smack, an EE came in and complained ES get buffs, that's what started it. If you wanna complain about EE, he/she should have gone in another thread. That's what the "new thread" button is for.
And BTW, I don't know anyone who would take an ES over and EE for clarity. If you party with people like that, your better to find other people to party with.
Thats good actualy :) Summoner, SEs, PPs and warlords can complain all they want because they have a right too . They messed up their classes and their ****** about it because they played their char so long and they love them so much that they don't want to reroll another char. So I like complaining if what your complaining Is really something to complain about.
And stop telling people to stop complaing and flameing people about it, its their opions and they can say w/e they want..>.> You can say w/e you want too but you don't have to act like a smart a** responding to what they say.

My main thought:
Why complain about someone getting boosted if it doesn't affect your class? I understand PPs complaining about WC getting better stuff then them because people will party WC before they party PP, but when an EE complains about an ES getting boosted even though the boost will not affect their chances to get a party, that's what gets to me.
Be happy even if other's get boosted. Be ****** if your class is nerfed. ES with clarity didn't nerf EE.
It wasn't started by me, but by person who said, it's completely illogical, why they didn't get the same levels as buffers/healers. I wasn't talking about they got my buff, I was talking that they shouldn't get all these buffs at all. Yay, let's make summoners buffers even more. I love the NC logic :/
Aqua, even with the things you wrote, ES are fast solo levelers. Faster than EE in Inquisitor mode, or nuking the undeads before.
No SEs,EEs and PPS shouldn't be happy that a pink pony took our good buffs that make us...well us! XD and I agree with kama a ES can lv faster than the healers with Iquistor XD
I never said summoners don't level faster. I don't think we ever talked about exp rate. (and I'm sure you guys know that with minimal support, EE's can outlevel many, many classes in the rift....) I just don't think the added Clarity makes any difference to EEs, so why complain about it?
Does Inquisitor mode make parties choose EEs as nukers? No
Does Clarity make make parties choose ES as healers/buffers? No
Clarity is a small added bonus, Inquisitor is also. It's not a major change to either class.
Stop looking at my sig, okay? I was tallking about the all buffs. Rift doesn't concern me at all now, I'm too low to exp in that way.

The problem was it needed SOMETHING because it sucked. It would be like bringing a BD to a party to only dance fire... only, and do bad damage. The party buffs were nice, but not that nice. Giving them buffs was what they needed to make them want to use that pony is parties.
Who said anything about becomeing a EE for buffs krissa..? O.o...either way I'm not a EE..O.o....you people need to get your facts straight before you reply to what people say....lol really...O.o
And agian I agree with kama SEs empo (was their only orginal buff) EEs clarity (basicaly their only good buff :P) PPs acumen (PPs already have things bad enough don't give someone else one of their buffs too) and WM ( SEs and EEs use to think they were special with this buff...not anymoreeeeeeeeeeeee XD)
