With -3 str from doom and -4 from dyes you will have only 34 str, so your killing speed will be slow. You have VR4 from your shilien saint, so i'd suggest more offensive build. If you use +4/+5 str dye, u will kill much faster, and con is not a big problem - you will get more hp back with vr4 than mobs can take you. Haste weapon is not bad, although focus > haste in most situations. Defensive armor - if you want to tank raid boss its ok, but for pure xp BW and tallum/majestic are the best choices.
PoW is definatelly worth geting: +20% atk.speed, +4 accuracy and 5% vr are rally nice (however PoF would be better).
i would get tattoo till ur atlast a grade when u get more into that kind of think atlast that was i did cuz ur base str is 41 so with doom is be 38 which isnt bad at all cuz with a fouce weapon ur be set
if ur tring to lvl fast i would do BW b grade then thullam for a grade if u solo ur kill speed would be nice then with a fouce weapon till a grade then get a hp weapon or if ur have a + up damus u can use that till s grade i seen if done but the b grade is + 8
like others have said lose the -str tats and dont go with doom or any other armor that is -str. your doing solo pve, you want a DD build not a tank build. +str +dex -con, BW for B Tallum or Maj for A. especially having vr4. HP means squat in pve for the most part. and Focus > Haste 90% of the time for a SA, granted i did like Tallum heavy + Tallum blade w/ haste on my pts tank.
good suggestions,but it wouldn't be better for B grade Doom Heavy for p.def and dyes +3STR - 3CON?

for A grade i get DC heavy and a DLE Health(don't laugh for DC heavy)....is cheaper,top block rate that balances the low p.def than NM heavy,and dyes +2STR - 2 CON.
additional 25%** from DLE and atack speed+crit from PoWind i think it would be good for xp in cata(meele mobs) until 76lvl++
I assume you are not going to tank too much(as almost all tanks do on lowbie levels) So whats the point of making defensive tank?
Offensive one all the way.. BW heawy, tsu*sls+4. For a grade tallum heawy, tallum*dama+4 if you can afford it. Even on my 77 SK I'm using tallum set because it gives me better dmg/s ratio compared to IC and P def is not so much a problem VR + herbs helps a lot. When you have FB+focus you can go -4str + 4 con(because you loose a litle p atk but gain a lot HP as SK) with atribute system you even wont fell that -4str at all.
just get a great wolf with top equip. easy solo leveling up to 70+. you have hate skills so there is no problem in keeping aggro off wolf so no need to heal it (you can give him a a ghp and drag that from wolf's inventory to quick bar just in case)
with gw you can just make a +5 con and spam hate/pet attack in any place you choose (ok maybe in IT and higher you'll need some more support)... money you spend for equip is really nothing comparing to the sheer dps you get in exchange. killing speed is so huge you'll level faster with gw than without even though it eats between 30% and 40% exp.

This man tells the truth, get a greatwolf. Your dye setup wouldnt even matter to much then. With a top weapon your wolf will do most of the damage anyway just use hate and use a sword/shield combo so you can tank more effectively.
